After years with Boost mobile I decided to switch to Metro. "I regret it!" I got the Samsung A20. Not only is the phone terrible but was told it was one of there best phones! I'm in sales and I know it's all about making the sale but man at least tell me the truth. As soon as I got the phone I started to see glitches! The phone was slow, I wouldn't receive text messages, people couldn't here me on the phone, the volume display would show up for no reason and more! I decided to take a video so I can have proof the phone was not working. I decided to take the phone back after a day. Man do I regret getting the Manager Lucy! Right off the back I could tell she didn't want to hear it! I showed her and her co-worker the video of the glitch and ignored it. Her co-worker did notice it and just walked away. Lucy was telling me that there was nothing she can do and was no help. Of course anyone would get upset! I told her I didn't want this phone or a new one and she said I had no option. Not only did she argue with me but raised here voice, so we went at it. She was no help at all and no matter what, the costumer is always right! I will go back to BOOST after this month is over! I won't recommend this store to anyone!!!! If I could give Lucy a 0 I would!

I had the pleasure of stopping into this Metro Westlake store to pay my bill and I had the best customer service experience ever! Mr. Leo assisted me in fixing the settings of my phone. He showed great expertise and professionalism. He even took the time to go over step by step what he had done to correct the problem which made it very easy for me. Unprofessional and hostile. The classist attitudes of the workers and the support for these actions by their management is absolutely unacceptable. Their associates treat their unilateral offers as if they were offering charity to those in poverty rather than a mutually beneficial deal for their corporate employer and their customers. The form in which their sales associates grift from the poor and uninformed is highly unethical. The fact that they still exist right next to two other more professional competitors astounds me as they should have gone out of business ago with these sorts of practices.

Will be leaving Metro soon. After years with them, I got my dad a new unlocked phone and took it to the Dublin store to register it. They charged for bringing his own phone and said I should buy a new Sim because they only last two years. I found out that's not true after I bought the Sim. The clerk changed my dads plan and raised his rates without my knowledge and Metro won't change it back. TMobile doesn't do this and is $10 less for a senior who doesn't use data. Metro is deceiving and costly. The clerk should be fired, but no one cares.
