They never let me pay in cash. If I say I can pay in credit/debit then they just tell me the system is down. I swear it's like they don't like taking bill payments. It'sbeen going on for months. And please don't tell me to pay on the app because autopay is a nightmare

This place is the BEST ! Best customer service ever. Both store employees were very attentive and extremely helpful with every customer while I was in the store. I went in to switch my service from Virgin Mobile and Roger was extremely patient with all of the delays and obstacles posed by Virgin Mobile. He made many attempts to get a hold of the right person to obtain the necessary information so that I could switch my account and start new service with Metro by T-Mobile. He was put on hold several times(nearly 20 minutes) and was extremely patient in waiting it out for me. It was taking so long I was worried he would give up but he stuck with it and I am very glad he did and now I am enjoying my NEW service and iPhone 6s. THANKS AGAIN ROGER. YOU ARE THE BEST !
