Went in to get a new phone. The guys behind the desk were very attentive. I showed them the phone i wanted and they stated they would have to get it from another store. After trying to talk me into getting another phone I informed them I wanted the initial phone. They stated they ordered it and it would be in the following day, but to come two days later to make sure it was delivered. I went back after 3 days and was informed by a young lady it was not in yet. When i asked why as it was to be delivered two days prior, she stated it was "on its way" and to return after 6pm. I told her no, i would return another day. Today after 2 days I returned to be informed that they did not have the phone and "did i want to order it". I again informed her it was ordered by the young man 5 days ago. She stated she could order it again. At that point i just stated i would go to another store as I should not have to come back 4 times for a phone that was to be ordered 5 days ago. The young lady was not concerned and just stated to "have a nice day'. I was looking forward to doing business with the new owners, if this is the response of their team, they don't seem to care. I told her I was hoping we would have good encounter with them as they were new owners, and in a good location. After today I will not go back. No apology, no concern, no resolution.

I went in to buy a flip phone for my elderly dad, the young guys in there were busy talking between themselves in Hindu, I thought it was rude to begin with because I didn't understand what they were saying. When they finished their conversation, they told me their store didn't have the phone in and that they would have to get it from another one. They even asked me if I wanted to drive into downtown L.A. to pick up the one they at that store, I told him "I'm not driving downtown at 5 p.m. and get stuck in traffic". It took 2 days, several calls looking for their actual store number (which IS NOT in working order) the number the guy told me i could call him on was answered by another person who said he was a cousin and but that it was his number but he wasn't available. Right after I hung up, he called me all apologetic that the phone was not in. After an entire morning/ afternoon, he called me to tell me the phone could be picked up. They even charged for a new SIM card when they easily have given my brother one for free since they didn't honor their word about delivering the phone when they said they would. Fast forward to Sunday March 24th, turns out they activated the wrong number to the SIM card that they put on this phone. Noow my sister has no phone for 2 days until they can fix the problem. She doesn't even know she can't use it. WTH?!!!!! Incompetent people representing Metro by T-Mobile at this location.

This place stinks. You call for basic questions and they answer and hang up. Just like all Metro locations, they'll have bad ghetto customer service. I guess that's what you when your paying minimum wage workers

I went in Sept 18 around 3 and the young man was very helpful which is why I'm giving any stars I believe his name started with an R but the young lady that was working with him was rude and I over heard her say that she "couldn't wait for these people to leave".I mean we paid 900 dollars for a phone that day so that's the last things I'd expect to hear from people that work here. The phone kept ringing and ringing and she wouldn't answer it and was on her phone instead which made me realize why nobody answered the day before when we were calling. With so many metro stores on Figueroa I regret spending my money here.
