Jay was able to resolve a fked up problem. I switched from Verizon after being there 24 years. The agent from the Pico totally screwed up. I switched 2 cell phones and a tablet. The Sim card in my phone never got changed which caused my phone to stop working ( emergency on)
The tablet kept getting billed to Verizon and cost me money to change it over correctly.( over $500.00
Jay from the San Fernando rd store was able to back track in, restore and change the Sim card so my phone works. If it were not for him you all will be losing a customer. Thank you Jay S

I been Calling but no one ever answer the phone ? and they never seem to have any phone so I don’t even understand why they are open if they have no phones in their store
