DO NOT GO INSIDE STORE, GO ONLINE!!! To be honest the time it would take to go back in the store and ask him his name would be that this situation has won. It has not!!! The guy inside nice-ish, until he knew i was not going to pay the absurd amount. He became short and cold with his responses soon after. Anyways, I felt, still feel like he was scamming. In the sense that I was being taxed 10% from retail price of $499 and METRO PCS online taxed from promo price $249. He said I could only, confirmed ONLY get the $65 plan (I got the $40 unlimited online). HIS RESPONSE.... "That's how it's always been". YEAH OK..I avoided paying a ridiculous activations fee and $ SIM. He was trying to charge over $430. I bought the iPhone 11 with $40 line, no charge for SIM, and taxes for $313. GO ONLINE. WAIT THOSE 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS.Customer Service and the wait alone is not worth it.

Paid a bill. To reset data had to pay extra. Gave the guy 80. He didn't reset data at least doesn't show on receipt and only gave me 5$ back. If he didn't reset should have been giving $15 back. Pay attention please. Don't think I'll go to this location again

The wait was lengthy but made all the better by the great service we got from Lucy! Literally an angel who saved us from a big headache. She literally got someone to bring a 5G gateway from another store to this one so that we can have wifi as soon as possible. Wifi is crucial when working from home and she knew exactly how to empathize with us and make us feel like we were going to get out of a stressful situation.She was true to her word about calling us when it arrived to the store and offered to set up the device in store and give a brief demo so that we only needed to plug it in once we got home! Truly a gem at this location!

Customer service was very good and friendly. I didn't understand why I had to pay extra for the charger, I thought that was always included with a new phone. Took an hour to complete new phone downloads.

Call the CPUC! Metro is full of it. What's up with the MANDATORY $22 semi extortion FEE that's charged when you UPDATE or PURCHASE a DEVICE? What say YOU Metro? How about the terrible customer service? They CHARGE a FEE to PAY our BILL but FAIL to offer a ALTERNATIVE payment machine AS printed on the BILLION dollar b*llsh!t MARKETING CAMPAIGN. Where are your PAYMENT MACHINES Yeimi? Where are they? How much have you collected from my 90019 community for the excessive Bill PAY FEES that your location? How much YEIMI ? HOW MUCH? Metro Authorize Dealer verses Metro Corporte Store - GET IT THE THE FUQ TOGETHER These people move like old poodles! The 800 Customer Service # and these guys are NOT on the same page!
