On Thursday went to upgrade my phone ended up getting ripped off by the wrong phone the clerk LILY had gave me. Told me to return tomorrow at 1030am to resolve the matter, when i arrived i was talking to ALEXIS about what happened he didn't want to return my money when it was there mistake, so out of 162 i ended up with 126 and still try to charge me for activation when i return the phone back.

The best services I have ever received from MetroPCS/T-MOBILE.. I was assistant my Maria..she took her time in educateing me with new tech, services,and more.. it is very rare for any customer service representative to take the time. I have been a customer for about 10 years.. I would recommend these services to anyone..
