I've been here 2x for tech support, both times i'm told their service is down. I wen't to another Metro and was serviced by the clerk who used the phone to resolve my issue, which means the Korean-American man who attended to me both times at this store, was too lazy to dial the phone.

it's genuinely funny that the social media team spends more time responding to negative reviews than actually addressing the concerns. the deliberate refusal to pick up the phone is just hilarious, particularly if you call them from within the store to prove that they genuinely can't be bothered and are liars that haven't addressed blatantly ignoring customers

Called multiple times they don't pick up on purpose
Called Jan 11th 4PM
Asked for wifi hotspot devices and they said none in stock.
Don't hire people trying to sabotage your business.

Nice clean friendly service and the computers are always up and running to help out with payments unlike the metro store in Lincoln heights were they want your credit card / debit card payments on a company phone which is shady .
