This employee called me crazy for asking if there would be free phones or cheap phones for upgrades he automatically said there never is any free phones for upgrades only for switching lines so I asked is there gonna be any deals for free phones for Christmas he said no then I said don’t lie I used to work for metro omg he insulted me and kicked me out of the store while he never stopped insulting me so here is his picture

I feel so bad that I can’t recall her name exactly but I believe it was Yuni or Yani who provided me with excellent customer service. I was fresh off a day of sea dooing to and from Catalina where my phone was dropped in the water. I was a bit irritated at my own circumstance and tired as hell my coworker took me to get another phone. I’ll call her Y (because I don’t recall) was awesome. Prompt. Professional. Personable. Everything you’d expect in a model customer facing role. Thank you Y!

I went to this Metro PCS to connect my service to be able to call to Mexico and the two girls that were there help me and they were so patient and listened to what I needed done in my phone. I got what I needed and they explained everything clear for me to understand. Thank you both...great customer service and very nice and friendly. Will be back soon!?

We had the best experience at at this particular Metro store in E. L. A. Tanya was the name of the associate who helped us. Tanya was awesome, she is fast and very helpful, couldn't believe that we're so lucky to still have people who cares about GREAT customer service!! Thanks a million Tanya!! ??
