Kinda late on my review, but not too long ago I came to this location to switch companies. Had some issues switching but both Luis and Vanessa were extremely helpful and patient with me. They both went out of their to help me and gave amazing service. Happy I came there that day, and they were there. If it weren't for them I wouldn't have gotten a new phone in time for my trip out town. Can't thank them enough.

My mother went to this store to get assistance with her phone. She went to get her phone line transfer to another phone. And they told her absolute lies in regards to the transferring the line to her. She stated that they told her that the line of the new phone has to be disconnected entirely and that the phone is not compatible with the service. I do not recommend coming here for any sort of help in this relevant topic. I live all the way in New York, so I called Metro By T-Mobile Customer service and was able to pass her phone line in less than 5 minutes.

I needed to switch phone carriers but arrived unprepared. Vanessa was the store associate the helped me through the process. She is professional and highly personable, and I can't thank her enough for helping me with this! Again, thank you Vanessa and Luis for your exceptional service and making everyone in the store feel welcome! Will definitely be coming back to this location :)

terrible service. the woman who attends. I didn't know anything about the plans. I had. and as much as it proved. what they offered me. By the web. she put herself in an attitude of incredible denial. The good thing is that in another nearby store they could help me. without further problem. I do not recommend this place. I had a very bad experience.

I had the pleasure of stopping into this Metro Westlake store to pay my bill and I had the best customer service experience ever! Mr. Leo assisted me in fixing the settings of my phone. He showed great expertise and professionalism. He even took the time to go over step by step what he had done to correct the problem which made it very easy for me. On a scale of 1-10, Mr. Leo would get a 10+.Thank you, Metro Westlake.Renee

Stay away!! Don't ever go here! The employees are not professional and look like high school dropouts that cant even speak/talk right! They lie over here and will try to scam you!! Be careful! I would give them a -5 if I could!! They will retain your credit card or personal info for their own credit card fraud purposes!!! I have family in law enforcement that I will advise to have them investigated and will also notify the Better Business Bureau!!!

I agree with the other 2 reviews! This store is very shady! 1.- They can't provide a receipt with a detailed items in the transaction. 2.- They doesn't have even an credit card terminal. 3.- Sketchy location. Avoid this place! Please go to a corporate store.

My uncle, whos about 60 years old, came in to make a payment in cash for his phone bill on june 22nd and the cashier canceled his payment. Don't know what happened but my uncles phone line was wasn't in service and he has to pay AGAIN on the 1st of july. My uncle went back again to find out what happened, nobody knew what happened and nobody offered a solution other than him having to pay AGAIN for a service he paid for.

This location's number is not working. I have used serval functional numbers to call them, but none of my numbers can actually reach them and all received "your call did NOT go through. Idk why, since all my numbers are working properly.

Called at 5 PM, asking if certain phone model that was on promotion was in stock. Representative from the store said yes. Arrived at 7 PM to get 4 phones on family plan. CSR took all my info, and they said he will be back with phones. 25 (!!!) mnutes later he comes back, no apology, nothing, and said that phones are no longer in stock.Total lie. When I told him that I called 2 hours ago and someone from the store told me phones were in stock.I believe those CSRs steal (avoid selling) phones that are running on promotion. Never coming back to this store.
