I went to this store to activate a phone and the customer service is so bad the employee Itzel has a bad attitude with customers I felt very disappointed with the service they don't help at all they say there's nothing else to do because they made a mistake when activating the line and they don't care if I knew they were going to treat us like that I wouldn't have gone to this store.

I went to the store because I wanted to buy their new device that they have for the internet. I was going to get rid of my cable company but I decided not to in the end. I still have not taken the device back I'm going to try and do that today if I can. But they are really good and they gladly help you with anything you need there.

I went into this Metro store yesterday and upgraded my phone. A representative named Magnolia helped me and she was very helpful, personable and courteous (she was singing and very upbeat) and seemed eager to share what knowledge she had about their phones. She transferred my Google accounts and explained that I could transfer other stuff when I got home to my wifi. That evening I made a few calls then proceeded to do the transfer but after several attempts I kept getting error messages. Today I went back into the store to ask about this and a couple other issues and there were 2 reps and just one other customer (who left shortly after I arrived). I began to share with one of the reps, Erica, the situation with my phone. She listened initially but her coworker began speaking to her from across the room complaining about a customer who had just left. Neither having any regard for the fact that it was not only inappropriate to have that discussion in front of me/another customer, but also that it caused Erica to disregard me standing there with my need for support. I let them have a few moments of exchange without interruption, but as soon as there was a brief pause I began to speak again. Erica didn't seem very interested in making an effort to help me in the situation and proceeded to lecture me in a condescending manner or what my responsibility is and what my expectations should be and how she handles issues with her iPhone. Hearing her say these things is not necessarily the main issue I have with this interaction though. It was that, although she was not necessarily directly rude, she was very condescending and dismissive. Good or bad customer service is not about what you say, but how you say it. She seemed more interested in getting rid of me and back to her discussion with her coworker. Honestly, if it were not for the Metro rep from yesterday who sold me the phone, I would not say that this review would warrant even the 2 stars. Erica and her coworker today really need to learn better customer service skills.

WORSE STORE EVER The two girl workers do not help if you need something fixed in your phone! They attempt to sell you phones or accessory and ignore you after they get their sale...I bought a phone a while back from here and told they can help me, but all im told is go to corporate store if you need help from some worker with short yellow hair which is rude as heck! I will not come back to this store it has the worst customer service I ever experienced

Came here to get some help with my phone. However, both girls told me they only did sales and no troubleshooting. I spoke with customer service and was told that all authorized retailers should be able to assist... getting ready to add my mom and upgrade amd will not be bringing my business here.

I went tobuy 3 phones wasted more than 500 plus glass screen protector for all 3 phones and glass was falling off phones i went back tuesday and the employee said i took the glass off all 3 phones and the owner only replace 1 i been a customer for years im not going back to that store

I contacted MetroPCS to get my mother pin/password for her account since I'm bringing her number to my Verizon plan, customer service said I have to go to any retailer or corporate to get this information so we google the closest one to her house 611 S Broadway Los angels first time I went 2 gentleman's Freddy the other I forgot his name they were cool and help me with some information anyways we had to go back as the pin to port over was incorrect this time the representative was super rude as soon as I asked for helped he straight up said he can't help us didn't even try until I told him this was done before and it could be done again then he proceed to as for my moms picture ID and phone number he told me to wait after 10 minutes he said he can't help us! "What!!!" Then he said we would have to go to a corporate location and adviced us to take the bus, taxi or an Uber like what a heck why is this person so rude!! Then when I confronted him he replied with "are you really wanna go there" keep in mind I'm 6months pregnant woman! These people are so disrespectful like what kind of business is this? This kid was confronting me to argue why? As we were leaving he said that that's not the job he was planning to stay anyways like okay good because customers don't need people like him in there. This company is a joke everyone was on their cell phones not helping customers I'm sorry but I don't recommend anyone to come here
