I was in this store today to a very pleasant experience with Elizabeth's help.I have now been with Metro PCS for over 10 years and 3 out of the 4 times I have had to come in to ask for help, the service has always been very knowledgable and quick.

I've had metro for the better part of a year this time around and I'm stuck wondering why I ever left in the first place. Besides all that this particular location is light years ahead of all the others in the area. I wish I remembered the sweet girl who helped me's name but all around the staff here is amazing. Knowledgeable and energetic

Bad customer service. Employees don’t know what they are doing. They can’t even figure out what screen protector size is for the phone. Avoid this place and go to another local one!!!
