Wow...this store is worse bad customer experience I've ever had.total bad visits three...same girl..Angie she is a big time Hustler.! Example...she say my cell account closed I lost my cell# but she can get it back but need to open new account and recommend my old number that was supposedly lost because late payment..but I have to pay..$$ of course.well I go home call family member niece..she had my cell up working in 5minOnly needed extension..Angie metro worker tryed scam me for more than my bill was.thstd only one of three hustles did .my girlfriend figured this out called her after that every incounter all bad with her..she say today I make a threat..WRONG..please go to another store or just be on your toes look at receipt read fine line..thank you my east los friends neighbors..

First and far most, I received the most amazing customer service I have EVER got before! metro by t-mobile employee RICHARD went above and beyond for this customer !!! I must say I had a wonderful experience, and I left completely satisfied and grateful! I was near closing but Richard helped me and MADE SURE I received my 2nd line ! It was amazing how helpful he was!! And how determined he was to made sure I received what I requesting! I love the service I received!! Thank you!!!!!!
