This place I went to make a payment at around 5:30 in the afternoon today and they did not accept my payment because they did not have an exchange for one of 100 dollars and Ivan was already closing and they did not let me do it the other time it was the same I wanted to pay They didn't accept my bank card either, I recommend that you don't go there, bad service

They're ok when it comes to making purchases or paying your bill, but as soon as you have any issues with your service or equipment; instead of helping you all they do is give you the runaround, want to charge to help you and call metro customer service "Liars!"That's why I'm here right now, they're not trying to help me and I'm about to cancel my service because of this ?

Scam by metro. If you try to port your number to Metro pcs at this location they will overcharge you by about $100. Free Phone $25 activation Taxes That's it. That's all that should be charged. This location will up sell something without your knowledge or consent to bloat the out the door price. The only reason to port in to this company is for the free or discounted iPhone or top tier Androids. The only job this location should be authorized to do is take payments of monthly service. That's it. Anything else expect to get scammed. Unfortunately I gave the employee my driver's license before I realized he would scam me for the free device. If anything shows up as identity theft I will know it's from this location and the authorities will be called. Buyer beware. I do not recommend!

Came to try to get my SIM card fix because I just got a replacement tablet from insurance. The guy told me the insurance have to do it. I went to another metro pcs store and they fixed it. Lazy people just collecting the check.
