I had a bad experience with Marcos and Henry at this location, this happen around 6pm , I told Marcos 3 times that my iphone was brand new and he was not careful with it. Henry the other retailer was saying that they were new, Henry was mad dodging at me just because i was actually telling Marcos what he was doing, i was with my daughter Henry said "look you have your daughter" i was making a point about what i was telling Marco, i have no idea what he ment by that. Totally unprofessional.

DO NOT GO INSIDE STORE, GO ONLINE!!! (SCAMMY AND DISHONEST VIBES)To be honest, the time it would take to go back in the store and ask him his name would be that this situation has won. It has not!!! The guy inside was nice-ish. However, I felt still feel like he was scamming. In the sense that I was taxed 10% from a retail price of $499 and METRO PCS online taxed from promo price $249. He said I could ONLY, and he confirmed ONLY get the $65 plan. I got the $40 UNLIMITED ONLINE. HIS RESPONSE. "That's how it's always been." That was clearly false! I avoided paying for a phone line I did not want, a ridiculous activation fee, a SIM fee, and a double taxed fee ($50). He was trying to charge over $430. I bought the iPhone 11 ($249) with $40 line (what I wanted) and taxes ($24) for $313. GO ONLINE!WAIT THOSE 2-3 BUSINESS DAYSPs. This is a gift for my daughter.

A friend of mine calls it MetroPCS s*** I call it Metro piece of Excellence thank you I would like to thank the personnel at this location especially the manager Karla she answered all my questions was with her for about 45 minutes to an hour took all the Time in the World to easily explain step by step what I was getting what I was doing what I didn't know Wonderful help very sweet nice polite she really knows her stuff thank you again and I love my phone

I was approved for the ACP program to reduce my cell Bill and T-Mobile MetroPCS never processed it so I lost it I reapplied gave all the information to MetroPCS agents they never processed it so it's been a whole year where I'm paying three times more than I should. states they open at 10 am but it's not true. I waiting an hour. Opened at 11am. If they can't even get the small thing correct how can they help with cell phone

Call the CPUC! Metro is full of it. What's up with the MANDATORY $22 semi extortion FEE that's charged when you UPDATE or PURCHASE a DEVICE? What say YOU Metro? How about the terrible customer service? They CHARGE a FEE to PAY our BILL but FAIL to offer a ALTERNATIVE payment machine AS printed on the BILLION dollar b*llsh!t MARKETING CAMPAIGN. Where are your PAYMENT MACHINES Yeimi? Where are they? How much have you collected from my 90019 community for the excessive Bill PAY FEES that your location? How much YEIMI ? HOW MUCH? Metro Authorize Dealer verses Metro Corporte Store - GET IT THE THE FUQ TOGETHER These people move like old poodles! The 800 Customer Service # and these guys are NOT on the same page!

Terrible. Placed a call to the store BEFORE leaving my residence. Asked if they had a certain item and amongst all other calls to phone stores, they said they had it in stock. Left my name and what item I was coming in to purchase and also to Hold said item. Whoever i spoke to LIED and said the item was there and available. Upon using uber to the business, I had been told they were completely out stock. If the item is not available then let it be known. I wasted my money and more importantly my time. Highly upset

Bad experience wasted my time. Unprofessional and that girl LIZ G can't speak proper English. Asked for Managers name didn't give me information. I wanted to connect my new cell and she didn't know how too. Bad rep for metro pcs I made a complaint to corporate about that location. Hire professional people that speak proper English and Spanish and that know how to do their easy job. I went to another metro pcs and did the job with no problem. I've never had that issue but few times in this location that girl can't do her job right.

I went in to switch from T-Mobile to cut back on expenses, made the switch but at a cost... A man in the store mistakenly accused me of filming his wife while I was browsing my phone for my T-Mobile user information. He startled me when he approached and threatened me. While I wasn't shaking in my boots, I was very annoyed a man his age was bullying me. I retaliated, pointing out that his wife was staring at me earlier from across the store making me uncomfortable, and Briana S. who was helping me make the switch sided with them saying maybe I was filming them. Wow, absolutely crazy. You get what you pay for, it's cheap, it's Metro PCS!
