Very bad service, they never have a system to make online payments and closing time is at 7 pm according to the store information and at 6:25 they told me they were closing.....I do not recommend this store at all

Honestly i go pay my phone n internet bill here every month cause it’s right around the corner from my place but last time i went the parking lot was full of people smoking that were coming in n out of the shop right next to it n parking was not available on top of that it made the place look sort of not good then theres always a line to pay there when there is no reason for that being that there is enough employees available to help u …make it make sense!!!! Honestly not feeling the atmosphere all around!!!?

I had gone to the store, wanting to activate my phone, but ladies there didn’t check if my phone was Sim locked or not later go to another metro wondering why my phone is not working they tell me my phone is Sim locked to another carrier go back to your location and you guys don’t wanna give me back my money even though my phone is not active You guys refuse payments every time I’m there, but when someone wants to buy a phone, you can suddenly take cash.

Went in to upgrade my Samsung A13. I was told by the salesperson that a Nokia was better, so I bought it. Turns out that it was a downgrade. Went back the next day to point this out and was told that I could not exchange it for an ACTUAL upgrade. So I am now stuck with a phone that I can't even lock. Been a loyal customer since 2008. Will be changing carriers.
