Easy check in and out. Quite and comfortable. No microwave or coffee in room but has a fridge. Coffee free in lobby. 3 minute walk into Chinatown. I paid 10 bucks for a full to go meal. About 2 blocks from Union Station.

Nice enough rooms, but you get, what you pay for. Sadly lacking tea, coffee making facilities in the room. Having to go to the lobby to make a coffee was a downer.

The rooms had been renovated and were clean and well worth the price.Even though it has been renovated, it is still old, so you have to be prepared for that when you stay there. The hair dryer was broken and could not be used. The receptionist was kind and nice. Not only this hotel but also the surrounding area is dangerous. There are a lot of vagrants around the hotelThere was security at the reception, so I felt safe inside the hotel, but it's best not to leave the hotel after sunset.Maybe it can't be helped since it's legal, but the hallway was filled with the smell of marijuana (it was gone in the morning).

The front staff and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, with a large TV and mirror. They also lent me an iron. The common areas felt old, but I personally liked the atmosphere. There are water heaters and water heaters on each floor, so you won't have to worry about drinking water. There is also a coffee maker at the front desk! It was helpful. The shower is weak and the temperature is low, so that's the only negative point, but other than that I'm satisfied. I want to stay here again. thank you very much!Safety: The road from Union Station to the hotel and the area around the hotel seem to be a little unsafe, so it's best not to walk alone at night or early in the morning.

The employees were very kind, and the room had been renovated and was clean, spacious, and quiet. As other reviews said, there was a homeless person next to the door. No toothbrush. The outlet is A type. It was nice that coffee and tea in the lobby were always available as much as you could. There is a safe in the room.

The hotel is close to the Union Station downtown, that is the major advantage that we enjoyed. There is a free coffee wending machine near reception and water dispenser machine on all floors. If you are a tourist, there is a china street behind this hotel. You can buy t-shirts or other souvenir at affordable price.Con - In our room, there is only one plug point available, I used toilet plug to charge my phone.

Rooms were just the right size for a party of 2. The seating arrangement could be changed, an actual chair would have been instead of the little foot rest the hotel provided as seatsService was great at the counter, checking in/out was a breeze with no difficulty. One thing not mentioned in beforehand(maybe I missed it) there is a parking fee if you stay in the parking lot within the hotel($5).Location was close to our plans.

Very run down and dirty. It is close to Union Station , Grand Central Market, Santee Alley and the fashion district. This property sits on the edge of Chinatown.

It was kind of a really good hotel, though the gym was not existent, I couldn't wash my own clothes in the laundry, and after using the lobby computer to access gmail, a really valued document was deleted from my google drive, I suspect there was a keylogger. Also since it was new years, I kind of partied hard, that might be a reason to come off as an antagonist.

This hotel intends to run your credit card multiple times and scam you for multiple rooms. Do not stay at this hotel. The front desk is non professional and rude. Would not reverse charges when caught that they charged my card 3 times. If I had not stopped the clerk from reentering my card continously this place would have scammed more money from my card. Not a legitimate establishment to chose. Complete fraudulent establishment.
