Tow company cracked my car. Towed it incorrectly and cracked the frame. I have $15,000 in damage due to their incompetence and so far they refuse to respond and will have to probably take them to court while I cant drive my car.

I recently found myself stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire, and I called for roadside assistance. Within 30 minutes, a friendly and professional technician arrived. Not only did they quickly change my tire, but they also checked the spare to ensure it was in good condition. The quality of service was exceptional, and the value I received was outstanding. Make sure you record whatever phone conversation you have. They quoted me one thing over the phone day of accident and when I said I was taking my car out of their lot they gave me different numbers....

They charged an extortionate fee for the towing, and then, today, someone there helped themselves to a late lunch at Domino's on the credit card I had paid them with. Think twice, unless you're paying cash.Service: Car towing

Burn in hell. These guys charge the same "storage fee" whether they stole your car for 10 minutes or the whole day and somehow manage to get away with murder, or should I say extortion: if you give them $400, they'll relocate your car 8 miles from where you parked
