These guys are terrible ! I got my phone from another T-Mobile store which is being remodeled. So I went here to get my screensaver warranted. The guy at the this store told me that they don't warranty crack screensavers they only warranty the screensaver if it fall off. So I called the T-Mobile down the street in Stevenson Ranch and ask them about the warranty. They said come on down we will take care of it. So when I got there they look up my account found the warranty and fix it for no charge . The guy at this store was so lazy he didn't even take the time to look it up. The funny thing is there was no one else in the store! they had nothing else to do ! Now I now why the store was empty . Terrible Service !

Referring ONLY to the one in Newhall. JESUS is an awesome customer representative. He actually answers the phone. He knows every question I asked him. Very knowledgeable about phones, his product, the service. Very personable, nice, friendly, cheerful. Fast service. Truthful! Knows his stuff. I. Highly recommend this store only from my personal experience. Great experience. Great customer service. I will definitely buy another phone from him only. Do not go to the Metro PCS in Canyon Country on Soledad. Two girls work there who NEVER answer the phone, NEVER. Know little of their job services. Actually LIE to your face. I needed the girl who knew how to transfer pictures. The other girl didn't know. I asked when she would be in and she told me. I went in and she said the girl Rosita(????) Wasn't there. I asked" when she'll be in". She said "tomorrow". At that point, Rosita walks out from behind the wall. UNBELIEVABLE. She just lied to me. I didn't call her on it. I should have. They don't know much about service, product, anything and they lie. Friendly yes but we need HONEST customer service and their knowledge of their product and service. NEVER again will I go in there. Poor poor customer service. Go to the NEWHALL store and see JESUS. You'll be happy I heard they bring their dogs in too. Hide behind the wall, don't answer phone.

This store always has best stock in phones. Best Metro in scv with great customer service as well some other metros actually direct you to this store ! Bilingual staff is great.

This store sucks!!! Everytime I go in there they are not helpful ! I even lost my phone and the l**** behind the desk locked me out of my service then sends me to another store knowing they couldn't help because he locked me out !! I wish I could give 0 stars !
