After waiting in line for over an hour because the customer service rep was struggling to change the phone sim cards , after finally getting to be seen, the Latino male working didn't even attempt to solve our problem despite being a customer for many years with the same account. I felt unimportant and disregarded as he quickly brushed us off without even pretending to troubleshoot my issue. I won't be visiting this location anymore.

Very bad customer service and unprofessional establishment . Charged my son $843 for an iPhone 12 64gb and accessories he didn't ask for and refused to give us our money back 2 hours after purchase . Rude sales Rep Karen said she was too busy to know what she was doing and upgraded devised without our consent.As per employee , Karen is rude to other customers but upper management refuse to do something about it . Maybe they're related. There is no way sales rep can speak to customers like that .

Went in to get the promotion for a tablet, asked if they still had it and the girl said yes on the promotion but she had to check if they had restocked them. She told me to wait so she can register the tablet and out of nowhere the manager called her to the back and when she came back out she said they weren’t on promotion anymore? Like really? You could’ve said that since the beginning instead wasting MY TIME.

I went an update at my phone yesterday and I had a memory chip in my old phone I've 256GB that I purchased on my own I just told her Samantha to put my memory chip in my new phone she did it I called all day today was not able to get through had to go up there and she was rude and just like Harry up and answered before I was able to finish I will never go back and I will never recommend nobody

Totally felt discrimination when purchasing an new device, I will never step foot in the store after being a customer for over 15+ years...staff was rude and incompetent

Sometimes this store can get very busy. But the professional sales staff handles it well. Depending on when you get there, expect to spend a little time there. And they can be out of stock on certain accessorie items. As a longtime T-Mobile customer I have always been treated with courtesy and respect at this store. I try to use customer care and the App as much as possible.

Metro used to be a great inexpensive cell phone company. They have the best rates and quality service. However now they're like all the rest of the big cell phone carriers.

Sometimes this store can get very busy. But the professional sales staff handles it well. Expect to spend time there. At times they can be out of stock on certain accessories. As a longtime T-Mobile customer I have always been treated with courtesy and respect.

All I can say is Right time, Right place and RIGHT person (Johnathan) I've lived in three different states and has had MPCS for probably 18 years now....never in my life have I ever had such an amazing experience in the store. He was so helpful and insightful! He also signed me up for a discount that I didn't even know EXISTED ?! Thank you Jonathan on Slauson and Vermont ❤️
