I had a great experience with Dr. Stacy Kon at Mend Acupuncture in Los Feliz. I felt comfortable with her right away. She was very upfront regarding not being part of any insurance group and that I would need to submit out of network to my plan. Honestly, I can only imagine all the technicalities one has to struggle through to run a healthcare space, so they can open their doors to help people. You can feel this is her calling and she approaches her care for patients whole heartedly. Her sessions are very affordable, individualized, and she is very generous with her time and attention. She suggests some options of supplements in a very easy going manner. I felt each treatment was catered to my individual fragilities -- I even had a personalized hypnosis session. Also the treatments helped me delve deep and relax and process the work I am doing in therapy. I have very memorable heart to heart interactions from my sessions with Dr. Stacy. I think she is a lovely human. I hope to have more healing sessions soon.

I cannot recommend Mend enough. Stacy is an extraordinary practitioner with a magical intuition and so much compassion. She has treated me with unbelievable, miraculous results for major shoulder immobility, chronic pain, post car accident issues and more. I have received accupuncture from dozens of practitioners across many cities and none compre to Stacy. Since I have left LA Mend is one of the places I miss the most!

I've been seeing Stacy weekly for a few months now after chemotherapy left me with nerve damage in my hands, lower legs, and feet. She always makes me feel like the most important person in the world! She really listens to everything I tell her and changes things up as my symptoms change. I tried other acupuncture closer to where I live, but I never felt listened to. Peripheral neuropathy is a slow healing process with lots of ups and downs, but I've often seen such clear improvement after her treatments that I won't do without them now despite how far away I live from her office. Thanks Stacy!

Dr. Kon is a caring and knowledgeable practitioner. She listens carefully before proposing treatment and treats her patients with great care. I am grateful for the supplements she recommended, which have made a significant impact on my energy levels and overall emotional health.

Stacy does not like when people put thruthful and (negative potrarying reviews about mend) Although none of my past reviews were agasint her as a dr. I honestly reviewed her practice based on my overal expirence, she also refused to treat me as an ongoing patient based on this however stacy I appreciate you giving me my client folder, needless to say it isnt a good fit for us together and I wish the best for you and your practice.

Had some nagging pain in my elbow from too much cell phone surfing so I made an appointment. The office is beautiful and very serene. I was seen exactly on time. The treatment was excellent, getting needled with also an electric current put through the needles. Felt a lot better afterwards and am going in for a second appointment today

UPDATE: I filed a complaint with the BBB and Stacey lied about our interactions. She put the blame solely on me despite the fact I posted a bunch of physical evidence proving that she guaranteed me being covered by insurance. Even after sending this in she denied responding and I'm forced to try and find other avenues for resolution. Be wary and avoid this place if you can.

wow!! i came to mend with back pain. i had tried everything to solve my pain, but finally decided to see someone about it. stacy had me so relaxed and feeling good again. she knew exactly the what my pain came from, and how to resolve my issues. would 10/10 recommend!

I've been going to this acupuncturist for years and whenever I have a problem Dr. Stacy seems to get it fixed. Sometimes a single treatment works for a back pain issue I've had for years due to a fall I had. Other times I've had a treatment for some other medical issue that requires several treatments but she always solves my problem. Plus she has herbs in office so you can get an herbal treatment started right away. Also, her office is tranquil and beautiful. I always am happy coming here. Couldn't recommend this place higher!

I've had many great experiences at Mend. I just had an appointment because I've been having a knee pain and I feel much better already. I got some needling and had some electricity put through the needles (electro-acupuncture) and it made a big difference. Dr Stacy also gave me several PT exercises to do .After that treatment I got a very reasonably priced fat freezing treatment which I'm very hopeful will slim me down a bit...

What a fantastic experience! I have terrible shoulder pain and Stacy was able to give me significant relief in just one visit. Cannot recommend her enough. I'll be back for sure!
