Had an appointment at 2 to only be told after 1 minute of checking my computer to told me that the problem couldnt be fix , poor efforts , guy was rude and talking like he was a nerd and knew everything , basically told me to do everything I did in my office , after telling him already did that , he came up with the excuse that it was my office provider error , when I was literally told by office tech that it was a macbook problem , he kept telling me that , and on forums there is 1000 people with the same problem as me. fake tech , doesnt even know where he is standing

A Godsend!
What Apple and the Genius Bar literally took hours and hours and could not do, Isaac figured out what was seemingly impossible in less than an hour! They are beyond polite, professional and a wonder!

Maybe it’s a glitch on their homepage but as soon as I saw how much they are charging for a MacBook Air from 2019 (in 2024), I turned and ran. Their M1 MacBook Air is listed at $999 which is high given that the new models sell for around that price. But $1400 for a 5 year old MacBook? Absolutely not.

I had the beat experience buying my M2 Max Studio at Melrose Mac. The sales staff were so knowledgeable about what kind of processor was faster for my field of work, what was needed to set up my HP monitors that I had already purchased elsewhere as well as helping me compare with the Mac Mini Pro.

Arrived at MelroseMAC in a panic after trying desperately to deal with a crippling storage issue on my MacBook Air. I fully expected to have to leave it for a diagnostic to untangle the mess I had made of things. Instead, I was lucky to find Peter at the repair counter; he listened to my sad story with patience and then -- incredibly --and in literally a matter of seconds, located the problem and fixed it. 451 podcasts that I had unwittingly downloaded had absorbed a huge portion of my storage capacity. Peter explained how to avoid that in future and also formatted an external hard drive that I couldn't get to work so I could do a much-needed back-up. Amazingly--no charge for this life-saving assistance. Thank you, Peter! Thank you, MelroseMAC!

Waste of time. It’s very unfortunate that you have to drive all the way to Glendale, or the Grove to receive help with issues you may have with your Apple devices. I scheduled an appointment on the Apple website at this location with confidence that my cracked screen would be fixed under the insurance I pay for. Sadly Melrose Mac couldn’t find my insurance so they offered to fix it for $300+. Instead I went to APPLE GROVE where they fixed my screen for $29 because they were able to locate my insurance.

They wanted to replace a motherboard because an OS update failed. This was a few months ago. I am posting this review on that computer, which I took elsewhere for my issue. Untrustworthy. Avoid.

Made an appointment to repair back of phone since it was cracked- I have AppleCare+ so I wasn't concerned and knew pricing, etc. They told me they would have to request the part then have me come back in once they received it, but suggested I go to an Apple store since they would likely have the part there on hand. In all seriousness, what is the point of this store?

Very cool guys, I recommend them to everyone. My iPhone 14 Pro Max screen was broken. Guys, they replaced it in 2 hours. Everything is fast, high quality. I am very glad.
