Awesome place. They were able to help me with my iPhone repair in 5 minutes and were very knowledgable and fairly priced.The store itself is pristine and well merchandised. It feels like the Apple Store.

I found this place to be way more pleasant than the nearby Apple Store at the Grove which is always hectic and overbooked with Genius Bar appointments. I didn't end up needing service for this particular visit, but the in house Genius and Erica and the front desk were super helpful in troubleshooting my Macbook issues. Would definitely come back here.

Visiting from out of town and the very friendly staff quickly diagnosed the problem with my Mac. I was early for my appointment but they saw me right away. They even recommended that I take my Mac home to get repaired. A business that passes up business because it’s better for the customer says a lot to me.

I wouldn't schedule repairs here. I booked an appointment through Apple to have my Iphone's battery replaced, detailing the repair needed. When I arrived the shop informed me Apple schedules reservations without checking the stores inventory and they didn't have the battery in stock. This could have been avoided if the store checked their inventory prior to the reservation time and called customers to reschedule if the component was out of stock rather than waiting for the customer to drive in.

I cannot recommend MelroseMac enough!! Truly a top notch business with amazing employees that provide the best costumer service! And believe me, you do not find this quality of service from cost cutting businesses now a days. For technical support, please ask for Andrew. He is incredibly knowledgeable, will walk you thorough all your concerns and ease whatever problems you may behaving, truly going the extra mile for you. I also cannot say enough good things about Erica as well. She has gone above and beyond for me. Tonight she is giving up her off time in order for me to find my lost iphone. Can't thank her enough. That being said, in the future, I will bypass the crowded Apple Stores where you will be lucky to flag down a helping employee. MelroseMac will now get all my Apple business from here on out!

THE BEST Apple Genius Bar experience I have ever had!!! Not only is the entire staff absolutely phenomenal and patient, but they also have great music playing as you wait! Their owner has the cutest pup, and they both happened to be headed out, the day I came in. I needed my old laptop wiped clean for my daughter, and somehow got permanently locked, in the attempt to do it on my own...per Apple's "step by step" instructions (insert eye roll here!). The tech that helped me was very patient as I scrambled to speak to Costco to have some sort of serial number sent to me on my purchase receipt (which btw they DO NOT DO...a serial number is an Apple receipt thing). Somehow I was able to get into the laptop but it wasn't allowing the tech or I to wipe it. Fast forward 2.5 hrs later, I had to set up an Apple chat. The chat agent and a call from an agent that was supposed to call but never did, was useless. I had another appointment elsewhere so the tech told me to come back on Friday and he'd take a look at it when I had more time. I arrived on Friday and spoke to Andrew again, and another gentleman, and a couple of the gals at the front desk, and had a blast as I waited for them to do their tech magic. They were able to wipe it and allowed me to stay and set it up for my daughter in case any issues occurred during the process. I will NEVER go back to an Apple Store again! Thank you Melrose Mac for not only hiring such great humans, but for also setting such a great example to what true customer service is!!!

I rarely ever write a review. I don't see the point of constantly needing validation. That being said, I do see the point of recognition. Yesterday on July 11, 2023, I was between a rock and a hard place. I needed to get a new laptop of some sort, and I had a very specific budget, and I came down to the wire. Melrose Mac was my last stop. I will say this, because of Katie Jamison, who is a literal hero, Melrose Mac is forever going to be my IT, computer, tech store. Because of Katie, I was able to catch up on what appeared to be an instrumental amount of work. If you need anything involving computers, I absolutely recommend this location. They have everything you need, if they don't have it, they can get it, and the best part is that the people who work at this location genuinely care. You feel, the sense of authenticity the second you walk into this location. I'm immensely grateful for Katie & Melrose Mac! 6 stars!

Melrose Mac has the best service for Apple devices. There was no waiting and no long lines to wait either. I took my Imac for repairs and right on the spot they told me what needed to be done. They repair my imac in a matter of few days. Their prices and customer service is great! I will recommend their store and services to friends and family.

Highly recommend this place. Josh was super helpful and explained the process for repair of the 2 machines that needed repair. Was clear on part, labour costs and timelines.Work was completed ahead of schedule and on budget which meant less disruptions for me.Will undoubtedly use them again next repair job I need
