I am so happy to have come to an apartment where I can relax comfortably, and I am glad and happy that all the staff are nice and guide me with beautiful smiles and words. And thank you for explaining the inside of the apartment very thoroughly.

I received my keys a week ago n still haven’t moved in. I’ve had problems from day one. My apartment smelled like hazardous chemicals to unsafe parking location. As I waited a week to move in I walk in to find not 1 but 5 live roaches. I also found mold in one of the cabinets. I’m in the process of trying to get my money back, If anyone can help please email me. Thank you

I called to schedule an appointment because the price wasn’t listed on the website. It said call for details. The person I spoke with told me that the price for the apartment was 2400. When I got there the girl who I spoke with told me that wasn’t correct to not believe what the people on the phone. The entire reason why I bothered to go to this appointment was because of that price. Your prices should be listed on the listing of the apartments along with the additional fee regarding parking. I felt completely stupid going to this appointment and I wasted half my afternoon driving over. I didn’t even get to see the apartment in the end

I hope everyone pays attention to the rollercoaster of apartment prices.Every single day they change. They also can change in 30 seconds after you call. It’s against the law and false advertising. I understand the prices can change with market rent in the area, but changing whileSomeone is trying to apply for the vacant apartment and then you take it off the market for whatever reason is wrong. Do better

I would never recommend this apartment community to any one not even my worst enemy. This place is truly UN-LIVABLE! I had to wait 4 months for a hole in my bathroom to be repaired like the complex doesn’t have an aggressive roach problem! Not to mention, the longer the wait, the bigger the hole got. I had to submit SEVERAL service requests just to get a response months later. I have a SERIOUS PEST PROBLEM I see about 10-20 roaches a day. My unit is continuously FALLING APART at an alarming rate. Not to mention my water heater has broke, the power outlets in my kitchen HAVE ALL WENT OUT, and my heater no longer heats up the house. The water now that they have “fixed” the water heater, comes out milky white. Which concerns me about my child’s safety when he stays with me. I also fear my own safety due to the fact that the parking garage is NOT secure. Most recently, I have walked to my car from my apartment, to see 3 males sitting on my car smoking weed using my 2023 BMW as a table at 12 midnight. And all this concerns me, because management has yet to do anything to accommodate me, or to make my stay here at Medici a better experience.

I was stolen inside my property and nobody can assist me because I didn’t have the receipt for it. Even with videos and proofs of the item inside my apartment, they still haven’t solved, people had their delivery packages and groceries stolen all the time. If you need something, don’t expect to be assisted by the office Staff, except for Steven, shoutout to Steven, the only staff member willing to help you and understand your situation.

Working in an office beneath The Medici Apartments in Los Angeles is pretty awesome. The location is fantastic, offering cool city views and easy access to Medici's amenities. Our workspace is well-kept, thanks to the efficient management team. What's nice is the friendly community vibe and convenience. It's a solid choice for both work and living, and I recommend it.

The worst “ Luxury” apartment building I’ve ever experienced. The staff don’t know anything. I moved in and had to submit maintenance request on the first day of move in and those request have still not been fixed. The manager Ashley avoids you and don’t return your call she clearly doesn’t care about helping the residents. Do not move here. They have roaches, they have strangers who somehow had access to your units and they will enter without permission to steal or Rob you. You can ask other residents that live here. Not a safe or reliable living situation. BEWARE!!

The application was submitted on September 28th, with a September 30th start date. I got an assurance from the leasing agent that I would have enough time to complete the application process in time for the move-in date of September 30. I had to get in touch with TaMesha, the leasing agent, on September 30 to inquire about the status of my application because I haven't heard back from anyone. She informed me that the application had been accepted, but I have never heard from her again. I was also informed that the move-in date would need to be rescheduled, but she did not provide any further information. I had to get in touch with them once more to request a later move-in date.I was informed that the moving coordinator would get in touch with me by October 1st, but nobody has. Whenever I texted or called, TaMesha was either unavailable or not in the office, but I was never getting a response. Every time I contacted the leasing office, they assured me they would leave her a message. It was such a terrible experience, especially since the move-in date was the same day or the next day. Because of this, I had to extend my lease at my previous address by one more month. I attempted to extend my move-in date by communicating with the management, but they told me that doing so would result in an increase in rent!Since TaMesha wasn't responding to my contacts, I spoke with Sue, another leasing agent, who promised to ask manager Zach about price matching and get back to me within a day. I had to contact her because she didn't respond to my message. She then asked me to wait another day, saying she didn't get a chance to speak with Zach. The next day, neither Sue nor TaMesha were in the office, and I didn't hear from either of them either. After speaking with another employee at the leasing office, I was able to get in touch with Zach.Zach claimed that although he had never heard of my price-matching request, he could immediately approve it. October 21 was set as the new move-in date. After receiving the 'WELCOME' email, I had a 72-hour window to sign the lease, after which my application would be canceled and the security deposit I had already paid would be forfeited. The signing page was missing from the portal and the incorrect amount was displayed on it. had contacted Zach and addressed the matter in a response to Shayna, the moving coordinator.Zach assured me that he would take care of it. After more than a week of waiting, the issue was never resolved, so I had to get in touch with the office once more. With Mario's assistance, another leasing agent, I was finally able to sign the lease. Subsequently, I discovered that I had never been informed about a promotion that offered free parking and two months of free service beginning on October 19. I was instructed to get in touch with TaMesha regarding this matter, so I did so. She merely replied that there was nothing she could do.Now that I've had to deal with so many issues, and the management has given me very little help or effort during the whole application and moving process, I feel really disadvantaged that I'm only getting one month free. I could have withdrawn my application and submitted a new one if the management had informed me of the promotion for which I was eligible. They refused to collaborate with me all the way through. I've never dealt with communication management so poorly in my life, and I'm scared that things won't get better from here and that the management won't help at all.Oh, I forgot to mention the condition of the unit on the day of move-in. The bathtub and sink in the bathroom were clogged, a window was broken and cracked, the fan in the bathroom wasn't working, the stove has a broken knob and shook due to missing legs, the air conditioner wasn't working, there was a pest problem from day one, and there were still issues to be found. The pest problem is still there, the window crack is still there, and the air conditioner needs to be fixed as of today.
