Horrible service from Johanna. Came to MDR Specialty after they had confirmed having all the meds via text yesterday and after wasting my time coming here, turned out they forgot to inform us they don’t have one of the shots I need. Traveling for work, and needed all my medications. Not once was there an apology, and instead just adamant that she did nothing wrong

Great customer service!!! Fast and efficient. I was able to get meds the next day in MN and they were able to deliver on their promise. Everything was extremely well packaged and labeled. They really care and want to help you in any way you need. This was extremely helpful during the IVF process. Thank you for making it an easier process MDR. ?

MDR has been wonderful to work with, especially out of state. Their communication has been top-notch, they were super responsive, easily accessible and made me feel very confident in knowing they were going to ensure I had what I needed in the time I needed. Which says a lot because some medications required urgency and same-day delivery.

This pharmacy is amazing. I was called the day my prescription was placed to verify who I was as well as to ask if I had any questions and confirm I was aware of why I was prescribed the medication. Medication was delivered the next day! The lady was very sweet. I would 100% recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

We used MDR for multiple cycles of IVF. Meds always arrived on time and perfectly packaged with all the supplies that were required. Additionally the staff has always been wonderful to speak with and very helpful.
