I was at this store today approximately 12pm to either exchange or return handbag. The gentleman who approached me was fine and the lady who may have been a manager or acted like she was, was okay until I asked for the 10% discount I was originally given as a courtesy. After that, things went down hill quickly. Her attitude completely changed and she also told me a falsehood. I didn't like her attitude so I asked for a refund which she refused to give at first. She stated that because I was given a 10% discount I could not get the refund. I told her that I was never told that. She said it's on the receipt. I asked her to show me where on the receipt that was stated. She showed me the receipt where it says sale items are final sale. This item that I purchased was not on sale. I failed to get her name. Needless to say, I will not be shopping here again. I don't understand why it had to be so difficult. I will be filing a complaint with their corporate office. But let me say that the young lady whose name is Maryah and originally sold me the bag was greatShe was patient, helpful and courteous. Good customer service is very important.

Had the most wonderful experience here today! I called yesterday to ask about what inventory they had in stores - Lynda and Grace were polite, attentive, and patient on the phone and follow up texts while we sorted through options. When I went to the store to pick up the items, they greeted me out front, offered me water, and made sure everything was to my liking. They suggested I check out the beautiful upstairs area as I waited for my bags to get packaged up. I expressed interest in an item for myself, and Grace listened to my style and made thoughtful suggestions without ever feeling pushy. Both women were incredibly professional, and also genuinely enjoyable and comfortable to be around. I will absolutely be suggesting this brand to others not only for their high quality items and cute designs, but amazing customer service to their clients!

Lynda (General Manager) & Brandon (Asst. Manager) did a GREAT JOB and provided great customer service. They answered all our questions and provide a lot of great insight details on the process that MCM goes to ensure the quality of the product. Highly recommend stopping when you are in the Beverly Hills area!

this store took my online order for an exchange. Turns out, boutiques cant take returns for online orders. So my order has been sitting at the in the boutique for 3 weeks. No refund or nothing. Its very disappointing that the retailers in this store does not know protocol. This is a very big inconvenience for me.

Second time visiting this location and the most impressive part is dealing with Lynda and Grace. They make each visit that much better and makes me want to run back to get more items. Today we had the pleasure of attending a tasting at the Rodeo MCM location. While in attendance I purchase my large sized MCM book bag that I have been eyeballing. Special thx to the Manager for the invite.

I wanted to give big shout out to the guys at Mcm ! We r here from Oregon my son got a kidney transplant and his wife was the one who donated hers to him! They were finely able to get out and their 5 year old daughter just wanted to try a pink leopard purse . She was so excited that they guys there took the time just to make her feel so special even though she didn’t buy it . Thank you guys so much for making my granddaughter feel so special!

marina handled me with care today & so did her coworker (a guy who is really bubbly , didnt get his name) .. nice store .. & they are very helpful ... helped me with my purchase by explaining things thoroughly ... i will be returning

I absolutely Love the Customer Service I received from Jervan Paul at MCM on Rodeo. I was shown piece after piece as I sat down and thumbed through the history Book of MCM. The service was everything you would expect from a high end fashion store on Rodeo Drive. I don't always get this treatment at other stores or brands, but because of the way Jervan enhanced my shopping experience I'll be back for sure.....for the new MCM Visetos Boots and the warm hospitality! I felt great during and after my purchase. Thanks again Jervan!

Ordered an item for a birthday gift and it came from this location. The 1 star is for it arriving on time for him.Unfortunately the item was thrown in a large box that wasn’t secure with enough tape, the dust bag is now dirty and it had dirt inside the dust bag as well. The item I paid a good amount of money for arrived looking second hand and very poor condition. Next time you ship to a customer, take some pride in wrapping such an exquisite item securely and in one of the merchandise MCM store Bags. I do not recommend ordering anything online/in-person from this store from MCM, they seem to have no guidelines on appropriate packaging and presentation for their products. People are better off ordering from Bloomingdale’s or another designer all together. I am pretty sure who ever sent this order out kept the merchandise bag for them self or selling MCM products on the side. MCM check your cameras! Such a bad experience!

Shoutout to Camryn (sorry if I spelled that wrong) for being the nicest sales woman I have ever met. I was in LA last week and went to rodeo drive with my mom, who was considering buying a handbag from the mcm store. She decided to on the last day we were here, and Camryn was not only super helpful and nice, but gave us a discount when she didnt have to (the bag was around 670-700 and we paid in the low 600s, extravagant i know) I know my mom loves her bag (its her first mcm item) and im really happy we had such a great experience buying it.

Silvana is THE ABSOLUTE go-to for this store.Vibe check no games, just business and love. First thing that came into mind when I saw MCM was "Man Crush Monday". (Especially since it was a Monday that I visited the store.) Store is CLEANER than a whistle.GOAT status since they open til 7pm, 6pm on Sundays.RECOMMEND HIGHLY in the UTMOST. Their cologne is soooooo amazing, I can't even put a number on it!
