Tonight must been training night on 03/29/24. And that's OK. Because ordering a fish fillet without anything on it sometimes is a challenge w how to punch it into the computer, I get that.... But what's not tolerable is the bottom half of the Big Mac bun i ordered was absolutely hard as a rock. I mean, like "brick hard". Now, how does that actually happen at a place like McDonald's on York Blvd?Where exactly was this bun that it could become hard as a rock ....during peak hours? I'm figuring it's been at least a day sitting out, maybe longer.This is not the first time I've had bad food issues with this restaurant. So when I go to get my money back, do I get some credit to make up for the gas it costs to go back over to get my money back?Please, whoever owns this place annotate the people running the show, or in this case, not running the show. They need to make note of it. Or is it the owner?The least the manager could do would say, hi I'm sorry we're out of buns except for this one that's been sitting out for a day and a half. It's hard as a rock... would you like it? Or maybe it was overheated. Either way, a brick is not a nice thing to eat.

I walked out after the one person in front of me put in their order and then the cashier left to go prepare six other orders. It would have taken less than a minute to take my order and pay but they think it's a better use of time to make the cashier take orders and then prepare them all while we stand there like idiots.

Ordered 2 happy meal squishmallows on the app, both boxes didn't have toy in them. Ordered extra fries instead of apple slices. Got apple slices still, not even busy and still can't get the order right.

Jocelyn in drive thru, had a bad attitude. Asked if frappe machine was working before I ordered and she acted like she didn't hear me and ignored me more than once when trying to plavr order. Then I gave her a code for $2 off frappe and she didn't input it and charged me full price. When I was trying to tell her she ignored me and had a bad attitude the whole time, she said to deal with it with her manager and walked away when i was taking trying to make her fix her mistake. I did tell the manager and was given a refund for $2, but that was still worst service I have received from any employee in there. Jocelyn needs better customer service training or to be let go if she's so miserable and can't help customer's

customer service was horrible and had to ask for sauce and napkins. food order was wrong and did not taste good. never will go here again.
