Absolutely wonderful little shop! Gary was incredibly accommodating and helpful. This place is a smorgasbord of papery delights. I came across this place doing a little Google search & cannot recommend them enough!

Parking: 6/10. Limited street parking around the block. We were lucky to find a spot right in front of their store! Items: 10/10. As a stationary lover, we spontaneously decided to go here after eating around the area. I loved seeing an assortment of fine art textured paper sourced from various parts of the world. Wonderful selections for scrapbooking, journaling, paper invitations, and anything else you can think of. Gary was a chill guy who told me interesting details about the papers I selected. Affordable pricing for quality paper. Atmosphere: small shop yet packed with all sorts of paper varieties. Hours are limited which can be inconvenient for some folks.

I needed some high quality letter paper as a gift for a friend who is into fountain pens and calligraphy, and this store seemed promising. To be honest, McManus & Morgan absolutely blew me away. Their selection is truly astounding, and that's not even including the things that can be ordered for you. That's not even going into all the other product they have, like comics, vintage books, and more. It's a store where you can just poke around looking at interesting things for ages. Most of all Gary was wonderful in every possible way. He was so patient with all my questions and showed me so many excellent varieties of paper that would suit my friend's needs. McManus & Morgan is an amazing store and gift to the community because of the passion, dedication, and experience of such an owner, and Los Angeles should consider itself very lucky to have him. I'll definitely be back, and highly encourage anyone who is even slightly interested in paper or crafting to give McManus and Morgan a visit.

If you're looking for gorgeous and unusual paper, cards, and envelopes, this is the place! I was looking to package gift cards as prizes for an event. I found small beautiful pearly envelopes from Italy to pair with black and white paper with an interesting vintage geometric print. The owner even directed me to another cool shop where I bought pens to write on the envelopes. As an afterthought I bought 30 pink pearly envelopes and red cards to make my own Valentines! This place awakened my creative side and searching through the shop with the delightful owner made my Saturday magical!

Their small shop has some amazing unique paper finds. But they can order just about any kind of paper in the world. M&M Fiine Art Paper is an absolute gem for artists, printers, crafters, & designers. Vibe & customer service are A+

This is one of my favorite places in the whole world! The owner, Gary, is so hands on and truly has a passion for paper. As someone who is new to paper selection and printing, I've spent so many hours with Gary tapping into his knowledge. He is so willing to help and provide you with the best experience. He truly is an LA treasure. Will definitely be purchasing my paper here for a long time!

A paper store like this is a rare gem. As a wedding program designer, I had looked all over the city for beautiful envelopes to mail my wedding programs in, and I could not find what I was looking for until I came here. In addition to paper and envelopes in all colors and sizes from all over the world, they also sell vintage postcards and comics.This shop is a great place to come for inspiration and history too. They've been in business since 1923 and have supplied paper for so many interesting art projects and movies over the years. Called ahead of time because I needed a specific size of envelope 7 by 10 inches. They didn't have any but had bigger ones so I came in any way. I left with way more stuff than I intended to buy. There is a lot of really cool paper products here in addition to a bunch of other random cool stuff. They are primarily a paper supply store so don't expect to find too many gift items or art supplies like pens or pencils or pigments, etc. There is a bucket of pins/ and some random notebooks. I ended up buying some stickers, buttons, 2 notebooks in addition to the envelopes I bought. The sheer amounts of types of paper was overwhelming, and the space of the store is not big! I don't know much about paper but I would definitely recommend coming in here cuz you're bound to find something cool.
