Mayas work is THE BEST! she brought my hair from a yellow orange to this beautiful color so much lighter and exactly what I wanted! She can make so much happen as my hair needed much needed saving and Maya and her assistant lulu did that! My first time and my forever new salon. I forever trust maya with my hair from here on out and she definitely gave me so much advice. It felt like we were friends for forever, she's the sweetest and so welcoming! Will be returning so Maya can continue doing her magic!

This is the second occasion I've attempted to reach this salon. I called the phone number listed and it sends you an automatic text asking to send a text. I sent a text and never received a response. I've even rang the door bell and no one came to the door when you can hear people inside.

I feel unattended, and unsatisfied With The Quality Of Work That Was Done On My Hair Recently Not Professional Work, Very Rushed Work. NOT RECOMMEND, I Sent the owner pictures of what I wanted on my short hair and she responded with she can do it for me. Set appointment the next day and complete did not listen to my needs or expectations didn't even inspect my hair... no consultation and just started working on my head gave me sloppy highlights was unable to give me a full blonde look. I just wanted my roots to be blended in and take me blonder with a full head of highlights. She made old school highlights on top of my head! And on my side of my head you can see the highlights instead of a smooth transition! I contacted the owner who did my hair, she said that she could not do anything she did what she could. She charged me $265 because she said she used oplex I payed $200... the price was adjusted i was confused how I had longer hair before and it was the same price and much longer. I have short hair above my shoulders and was still charging me the same price. Mind you she Did NOT EVEN USE OPLEX ON MY HAIR THE END OF MY HAIR LOOKED DRY AND DONT LOOK BLONDE MY HAIR IS NOT DARKER TONE THAN WHEN I WALKED IN... SADLY NOW IM BRING IGNORED WITH NO REFUND THAT WAS REQUESTED
