Have only had great experiences at Matrix. Angie and Joe are wonderful, super communicative and supportive. They work seamlessly with State Farm. I've taken my Prius there the last three times the converter was stolen, and they've had it done within one day. I would trust them implicitly with any vehicle. They are pros and they know what they're doing. Honest, professional, and a general pleasure.

The work done was not my issue. It was satisfactory. I had mentioned a touchup while we inspected the vehicle. Upon receipt of car, touchup wasn't done. I called but never rcvd a callback. Be sure you get everything in writing. I don't like to be ignored when I'm the client.

I am delighted with the work of Matrix. They do a fantastic job and fast, but I will say Eve and Max made my experience so easy and were extremely helpful in answering all my questions and made me and my family feel so welcome in the office. I will recommend your company just because of the customers they provided us they both need a raise.

Got rear-ended. This place was recommended to me. They made it super easy. They kept me informed during the whole process and my car ended up getting done early. Max, who helped me was super nice and accomodating with my work schedule. There were no hiccups or promises they couldn't keep. And my car looks great-like nothing ever happened. Highly recommend!

Scumbags - rogue tow trucks that pick you up and screw you over. They overcharge and wouldn't release the car.

I was in a small accident and my insurance had become State Farm. Matrix is authorized to work on electric vehicles. I was a little worried because I didn't have any information about their work. I am blown away. They did the most perfect job and the car was returned immaculate. My rep, Max, was responsive, lovely and kept in touch. I can't recommend Matrix enough. Really really good work and service. Better than any place I have experienced west of the 405.

This place is awesome. My catalytic converter was stolen. No other auto shop took the time to actually see if they could replace the part. Max did just that, called me back in an hour and said he could fix my car. Reyes - nicest guy in the world - picked up the car at my house on time and could not have been kinder. Suzie in the office took it from there and was always responsive to my calls. Three days later, i picked up my repaired car. Would never go anywhere else if i need auto/body work on my car. Thank you Matrix!
