My garage from 1927 needed to come down to make way for an ADU. I also needed to have my deck disassembled and set aside to be reassembled in the future. It had to be taken apart with care so we didn't waste materials. their staff were super pleasant. This company understands not just demolition but the concept of doing it in a green eco-friendly way

This was my first lumber yard and they knew it but never made me feel like it. They were helpful, patient, and educational. I learned a lot and found more than what I was looking for. Highly recommended. This isn't your Home Depot or Lowe's lumber this is rare stuff.

We were recommended to this place when searching for old-growth true 2x10 that needed to be over 160" long. Carlos helped us out and couldn't have been more accommodating when showing us the different types of true 2x he had. We were matching it to wood we had already bought, so I was pretty fussy looking at each board for color and quality. Carlos was never impatient, and always willing to lift another board, so I could see what was underneath. His prices were more than our original source, but much less than the competitors. He deals only in cash or check. If you want to look at boards buried deep in the piles of wood, you need to give 24hrs notice so they can access it for you.

Wonderfull.i found the original 2í—4 studs here.not like the home depot that their 2í—4s arent to that standard .Rustic lumber or redwood these guys have it.
