We rented a car from Marathon Car Rental this past week. The staff was very friendly and accommodating at the time of pick up, the things could not have gone smoother! We were even given a phone charging cord when I mentioned that the ones we had on hand were not USB.Accommodations were made for us to return the car outside of their hours of operation with no issues at all. They insisted we return it later as it would be more convenient for us.But what really made this experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is the way they handled my call for help after-hours.Half way to LAX we realized that my daughter has left her wallet in the car. I was panicked. The car was locked, we no longer had the keys. No ID, no flying….Uber driver turned around to go back to Marathon Car Rental as I dialed them, not expecting a response. To my surprise, they picked up the phone on Saturday night!!Dave was on his way to unlock the car and let us look for the wallet. We were back on the road to LAX with time to spare.So if you would like to rent a vehicle from a business that cares, Marathon Rental Car is for you!

Great place! I was in an accident and they immediately hooked me up with a vehicle and it was clean and safe. They are super helpful and friendly. Will definitely use them in the future!!!

Easy pickup, Easy Dropoff. Under 21, able to get car no problems. Brand new 2023 corolla with only 5000 miles. Staff is nice. Great experience.

Omg do yourself a favor and GO HERE! Warning- I HIGHLY suggest do Not the big name car companies at the LAX airport where you will spend thirty minutes waiting for a shuttle, thirty minutes on the shuttle and wait forever. We were with another company (rhymes with Squirts!) and there was a line For the line, people had already been waiting for 4 hours!!!!! In desperation, we started calling places and are so glad we found Marathon (locally owned) no wait!! Jimmy was so nice! Clean, beautiful car with apple car play, offered to help our bags to the car, and very reasonable price.

Great local rental company. 19 and able to get a car no problems! Very smooth transaction and they accommodated a special drop off so I could catch my flight!

This place change their prices daily one day I went in it was $49 for a rental. Two days later I called today it's 55 for a rental. This place is a rip off. I would not refer marathon car rentals to anyone . He had the never to tell me that they're the cheap place around . I call budget rental it's $25 a day. I called Avis and it's $25 a day ,so I don't know where he's getting his information but he's making prices as the days go by. I was even trying to rent a small compact car . The crazy part I was just there like a month ago and it was 35 dollars a day . I consider this price gouging SMDH. I didn't even want to give them one star they deserve zero stars .

These folks made my rental experience so easy breezy beautiful ? they came to pick me up at Toyota and all I had to do was drop it off at the Toyota place when my car was done a few days later, seamlessly awesome, thanks!
