Raymond really got me out of a pickle. My serpentine belt totally came off the tack and I was in need of a mechanic late. Every other one in the area didn’t want to take my car on due to it being 5:30 but Raymond accommodated me well. He was communicative, friendly and even worked with me on the price. Go hear for your car issues you won’t regret it

I recently had a great experience with this mechanic. After calling them the night before, they were accommodating enough to allow me to bring my car in the next day. I needed new front brake pads and had an issue with my air conditioning. Not only were their prices reasonable, but they were also efficient in fixing the brakes within just a few hours. Highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable auto repairs!

During hot summer days air conditioning is what every driver needs. Unfortunately mine was out of order and after getting frustrated as no repair service could provide a single solution I was recommended to visit Mar Vista Service. The technician was a friendly guy who described in details what the problem was and most importantly how it could be solved. I was so excited finally having my AC fixed that I also had the oil of my car changed. The whole staff was nice and friendly and everyone was the master of their job. From now on Mar Vista is my "Cartier" in repair services. Highly recommend!!!

My brakes were sounding bad late Friday afternoon and I was afraid to drive my car. Fortunately Mar Vista Service was one block away so I pulled up and told the owner my problem. He told me he'd take a look and called me shortly after with a reasonable quote. I picked up the car early Monday morning without missing a beat at my work.

I changed the front and rear brake pad and front rotors here. Straight forward conversation. Quality work. Reasonable price. Knowledgeable. Willing to help you check other little stuff as a curtesy. Raymond and Arc are unbeatable around west of 405. Recommended.

Great work, honest people. My parents have been bringing their cars to Raymond for years. He and his crew know their stuff, always give reliable and practical advice, including when NOT to invest in the work, and always always do excellent, quality repair and maintenance work!!! They are honest, affordable and friendly. Raymond often drives my Mom home after she drops off her car. We feel so lucky that good old fashioned, quality, honest locally owned businesses still exist so conveniently in our neighborhood

A few of my coworkers had been going to Raymond's place for many years. They said Raymond is an honest mechanic who does not recommend things you don't need. I tried calling him and asked for a quote for both front struts replacement. He called me back saying that he will get back to me with a quote. 3 days passed by and I didn't get any call back. I called back twice and left voicemails each time but still no response. He may be a good mechanic but he is definitely not the best with responding quotes. Also, he does not use yelp so the only way to get in touch with them is via phone.

Honest, reliable, quick, and kind! Never recommends unnecessary work and has fair prices. Raymond was recommended by co-workers whose 1990s vehicles Raymond had kept running for years. He took care of my dad's 1999 Toyota 4-Runner with over 400K miles...without ever overcharging...so I always send people here. They're popular, so please be kind and flexible if asking for a quick turnaround, he'll work with you.

I have never seen a mechanic less interested in helping a customer. I stopped by at lunch time and these two mechanics looked at me like I had offensively disturbed them before I even said a word. I offered to come back when they were less busy and they just dismissed me and went back to what they were doing. Spend your money somewhere it’s appreciated, don’t go here
