Terrible company, bad service. Rude and unprofessional employees. Would not recommend them to anybody at all. Go elsewhere or be disappointed completely.

I have a bad experience from this company. I hired them to ship my personal stuff and household stuff. I didnot get an insurance because i don't have any more money.My dauther told me a bad review for this company after she told me about the review i tried to cancel the shipment but they dont want me to so i end up letting them shipping my stuff to philippines. After they deliver my stuff i find out i have 6 boxes missing. I work hard for my stuff and it's gone taken.that's why im having a hard time trusting my own kind.

The customer service representative was very polite and professional… I truly appreciate the ease of using the Atlas app and the quick processing of my Box… On every occasion I have been serviced by Atlas personnel who have been nothing short of being totally professional and courteous to me upon dropping off my boxes since 2015… I am truly appreciative of their service… My family and I will retire to the Philippines… Atlas has been serving our needs, and has been totally outstanding with the tracking of our boxes to the delivery of final destination…. Packaged arrive safe and on time! Im alone during the time of the delivery but Delivery guys are so helpful they manage to help me and carry it all the way to the 2nd floor of our house. Kudos!

This shipping company is the best. I’ve been sending boxes here for more than a decade already and they still have the same quality of service. People are very nice and the owner is very accommodating, respectful and reliable. I am highly recommending Manila Forwarders.

It's been 4 months and my box hasn't arrived yet. Kept calling the office in LA and was told that they will deliver my box in the province after my package arrives in Manila. I send 2 packages in March and received only 1 box. Sent another 2 boxes and still not received yet. I kept calling Manila's office but no one was answering the phone. I won't send anymore boxes with this company again.

Im not sure why they are still in business when there are a lot of complaints. They cant solve the missing 3 boxes we sent for almost 6 months now

They came over to my place ro pick up the box and labled it for shipping. I am waiting to just track it down for my brother in the Philippines.
