Worst customer service ever!I placed an online order in September with no response from them until this week. They just contacted me stating that two items are out of stock and sending the last item. When I talked to a customer service person, she asked three times for my order number, and I could hear a baby in the background. She was so rude and unprofessional. After going back and forth about the shipping on a $19.99 item, she did offer me an online coupon. I am still waiting to receive that!

I bought a book online for pick up yesterday, and everything was beautifully handled. From here on out, I’ve found my bookstore, whether it’s buying something in person or ordering by mail. Friendly & helpful & professional. Great selection of books. I love this place!

An unexpected, very necessary, and beautiful surprise! Walked into this book store, located in the Fox Hills Mall, and was met with book covers from authors who look like Me amd were writing about children and adults who look like Me!Great selection of subjects, authors and age range.I purchased WAY more than intended. No regrets!!Will be back!!
