Love this restaurant. Giovanni waited on my table again. He's so professional and helpful. All the staff is. Good training. I brought 2 out of town guests and they loved it, too. The food is so interesting and delicious, we all enjoyed trying new things. Cocktails are supper interesting and delicious. Great place!

We enjoyed the appetizers. The fried eggplants were tempura style, not doughy and crisp. The shrimps r were flavorful. The shishito peppers were excellent. The only disappointing dish was the pork chop. The piece was small and thin...not very filling. Excellent sommelier service. Waitress was very friendly and helpful.

I was very saddened by the experience. I came with high expectations. The food was very underwhelming. The lamb was very good. The fried eggplant was the star. It was excellent. The hamachi crudo was fishy tasting, the pork chop was over cooked and tough, the beef skewers were not bad.

Why is this restaurant not packed with people standing in line to get in? ZoZo is simply great, not good, but great! The receptionist was smart, caring and familiar with the restaurant, which is always a blessing. We were seated inside which is a really well-designed space utilizing the curious and artful display of things to buy such as glassware and an unusual assortment of bent wood chairs. Cocktails were offered and they have a happy hour price of $7 for their house-created cocktails, my Mojito was excellent. However, if you go off the happy hour cocktails it gets a bit pricey as in $17.00 for a martini, but that seems to be the going rate at any decent restaurant. The crudo was really tasty, with nicely shaped slivers of radish and pomegranate seeds assisting the melt in your mouth crudo. The portobello was delicious with a lovely shaves Parmigiani sauce. That was followed by the most delicious and moist lightly battered Mary's chicken and scallops in a beet puree. All of these dishes were beautifully prepared and served on time and at the perfect temperature. The marinated and cooked apricots with beautiful vanilla ice cream was a fitting end to a great meal. Our servers were outstanding, especially Scott who not only took our order but an interest in why we chose the restaurant so he could better meet our needs. Its an outstanding place to have a friendly casual but top of the line diner or lunch. Puit it on your "to do" list or next time you will be at the end of the line, which is certainly going to happen.

Totally unique and delicious dining experience and excitement for all the senses, including, foremost, the food, elegant and warm space and ambience, incredibly friendly and helpful staff ... I could go on, but I'll be back soon and write another review! Scott Z.

Zozo's was lovely. Brought my boyfriend here for his birthday dinner. The food was delicious. Our server, Nate, was very nice and attentive. The desserts weren't all that great. We had a blueberry tart and the chocolate chip almond flour ganache(?) cake. Both were really dry. But the scallop and veg side tray were perfection. Seriously, the scallops were amazing!

This restaurant is brand new and amazing. Definitely a new favorite dinner spot. Upscale but still perfect for a nice date, dinner with friends, birthday, and parents in town. I would come back in a heartbeat! The branzino was delicious and the pita bread is out of this world. Wine selection is lovely and the tequila drink was super yummy.

Bing/Microsoft said there was 0 corkage charge. Not trusting AI, I called Zozo to confirm. Zozo is obviously set up to minimize or eliminate phone contact. After several tries, I did get a person to answer on a different number. I told her that I wanted to take some friends to dinner and they they liked to bring wine from their own collections. I was told that was no problem, and that corkage is $40 (total) for up to 4 bottles. She said that they like having guests bring interesting wines. When we arrived, sommelier said corkage was $40/bottle. When I told him what his hostess had said, he simply repeated $40/bottle. He showed little respect for his customers or colleague. Food and atmosphere were good. But they cannot compensate for arrogant service.

Food was great. Booked a table but we were told we'd have to sit at the bar upon arrival because they had ran out tables for two. Took 40mins from the time we sat down to have drinks arrive. No apologies or explanation from any staff for the wait

I've been a couple times in the last month to this place. I revisited a drink that made me discovered Mezcal over a decade ago at The Rivera restaurant downtown. It was as good as I remembered. Also the aged cachaça drink was so delicious! I had the branzino twice! And the piquillo peppers is a must! The restaurant is in the middle of a fun store, and also connects to an apparel store and the vintage, american rag, you can use your receipt from the restaurant to avoid taxes at any purchase! What a fun experience!

Dining at ZoZo was a truly beautiful experience from start to finish. We were welcomed with warm smiles and promptly seated. Drinks and menus arrived swiftly, setting the tone for an evening of indulgence. The ambience was enchanting, adding to the charm of the evening. The food surpassed all expectations, each dish a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. The attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring every aspect of our meal was perfect. I highly recommend a visit to ZoZo; it's an experience not to be missed.

This was our second time at Zozo and it won't be our last. The food here is fantastic: a creative melange of cultures. Mediterranean with Mexican and Indian influences, and very vegetable-forward (although plenty of meat and seafood options). The stuffed portillo peppers are our favorite, but everything is great. We were with a group of six, so we ordered a bunch of appetizers to share -- our waiter helped us select items that were easily sharable and that would provide a range of flavors. The entrees are big enough to share. The salmon on a root vegetable puree was a hit, as was the Jerusalem chicken. (I don't usually order chicken in restaurants, but this was incredibly flavorful.) Two of our party ordered the pork chop which I will order next time; the taste I was given was amazing. The menu includes a variety of options to please most palates and has numerous delicious vegetable options. Service was spot-on: helpful, always available without hovering. Special shout-out to manager Chris, who made us feel very welcome. It's not often you come across such warm and friendly management. Our servers were great as well and made excellent suggestions. Can't wait to return.

This was our first visit to Zozo and we had a great time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is comfortable, relaxed, and is set in a kind of housewares shop with stylish items to look at while you eat and people watch. The wine list is thoughtful with a range of prices and a knowledgeable (encyclopedic!) sommelier. The food is eclectic, but grounded in imaginative variations of Mediterranean classics. The crowd is also equally eclectic and entertaining. Highly recommended, and we'll be back.

Great atmosphere and service. Very good food with a large variety of dishes from classic to more original. Strong French and middle eastern influence with a touch of Mexican as well. Very reasonably priced which is refreshing these days. Would definitely go back.

Very cool restaurant housed within Maison Midi! The food was delicious, the service was great, and the ambience and music was very cool! You can also shop as well. There is an eclectic variety of home goods. John Sedlar has once again opened a great restaurant!
