A few months ago I checked around for mailbox rates and this place had the best I could find. I also just shipped some things to my sister in Germany and everything arrived quickly and for a better price than I was told by UPS. I highly recommend them if you need a mailbox or need to ship anything. I enjoy coming in to get my mail and chatting with the friendly people. Ryan is especially always helpful. I'm definitely coming back for all my shipping needs!

I recently moved into the West Hollywood area and was trying to find a mailbox. After searching for a place, I finally found this little gem, and im so glad! The location is perfect and it is in the middle of West Hollywood close to everything you need. Service was friendly, fast and reliable. They answered all my questions, and within 15 minutes I had my own mailbox. In the same trip I was able to ship a present for my mother thru FedEx, they took care of all the packing and the price was great!! They even have parking!!! If you ever have to ship or open a mailbox I definitely recommend checking this place out! Thank you MSC for all your help and im going to ship here instead of waiting at the post office!!

This is a fantastic and reliable business that has provided great service for sending and receiving packages as well as sending large freight such as a vehicle overseas! They have partnered with Ariton, which carefully ships large items in a container for international delivery. They have parking there right next-door to my favorite VCA pet hospital in Santa Monica. This is the postal store to go to! They're even having monthly specials on their mailboxes. The people who work there are professional and courteous and do great work. Highly recommended!

Came to drop off some mail and I've been waiting here for more then a hour and it's already past 10:am when they're supposed to be open at 9:am and I've been here waiting since 8:45 am very disappointed with this place they don't have no schedule to open up zero ✨️ from me

I have now used Mail Service Center for my business. The service is always spectacular and the forwarding shipping is fast. When I call a location and talk to an agent there, they are always polite, responsive, flexible and know the details. I highly recommend for travelers, businesses and personal use.

I had a mailbox at a UPS store for over 15 years, and was thinking about switching to a regular P.O. Box at the USPS since the prices at UPS was going through the roof. Luckily, I found Mail Service Center. Not only the rates are extremely reasonable, on top of that Sylvia takes such good care of me and my shipping needs. I will not switch to another mailbox location as long as Mail Service Center is in business and Sylvia running it. Thank you Sylvia!

THE best mail service in all of Los Angeles! You can kill 10 birds with one stop! Conveniently located in the heart of WEHO with parking and Sylwia is not only friendly, but funny as well. Her mail boxes are super reasonably priced as well! Love this place!

DO NOT GET ANYTHING SHIPPED FROM HERE, FIRST ATTEMPT PLACE WAS CLOSED WAY BEFORE 6PM. NEXT DAY I GO OVER, GIVE HER MY PACKAGE, LADY SAYS IT WILL BE SENT OUT THAT SAME DAY (USPS) THAT WAS ON THE FEB 9, ITS NOW THE 18. I CALL TO SEE WHATS GOING ON LADYS YELLS "I CANT HELP YOU THAT THE USPS ISSUE" CALL USPS, NOTHING IN THERE SYSTEM. BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC I HAVE SOLD SOME THINGS ON EBAY, NOT ONLY IS IT A DIFFICULT TIME ON ITS OWN, WE HAVE THESE SMALL BUSINESS THAT NEVER CARE ABOUT THE COMMUNITY!!!! I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE CITY

I hate coming here to drop off the mail. They're never open. It's never open on time or they close early then what they have listed. They really should update their hours. Super frustrating.

Love working with the owner here. She's kind and totally understanding. When I've had huge packages taking up her whole entry she is so cool about it. Of course, I felt terrible and raced there to get them but she just laughed. She could've easily gotten annoyed. I'm very happy to have my mail box here. Highly recommend.

Sylvia is the coolest! I had such a pleasant experience here. I appreciate that she was patient and took the time to answer my questions over the phone and in person. I got my paperwork done quickly and I've got no complaints about the prices, they're just right. Highly recommend this spot don't pass it by AND there's parking! ??
