i got my hair done with Cecilia i asked for a color and she said yes she can do it and after 7 hours my hair was not the color i asked! my hair was completely damage and breaking/falling/ due to the bleach,she tried explaining to me why my hair color came out the way it did and after some washes it will be better etc and i left unsatisfied, after every single person that saw my hair said to me omg what happen what did you do to your hair! in exactly a week i went back to tell her to please fix it i had only washed it 2 timed and the color had disappeared and it was blonde horrible with my root like a gold brown really bad,all she said to me was it must of washed off how in a week it washes off with only 2 washes! so she threw dark color on my root and some other color toner my hair still looks bad and not an even color! and definitely not even close to what i asked and to all its damage ! after paying $200 she still send me a msg telling me she forgot to charge me $45 for for the second time i went,she never mention about charging for fixing it , i am very disappointed i work hard for my money and its not fair! i should be getting y money back !i talk to her about it and she fix anything anymore or give me any money back now i have to spend more to get my hair healthy and eventually fix the color for now i have to be walking around with horrible color and damage hair

Been coming here since about 2001 and Bertha cuts my hair, and always sattsfsat with the results. She's my #1peluquera, lol. Gracias Bertha, Cecilia, and Maggy for always welcoming me and even my nieces!! 😘

Bad customer service was here for 2 hours and they never told me it was by appointment or else I would have left and gone to another place but since thr let salons are closed already have to get my daughter's hair cut here
