Good selection of clothes and very reasonable prices.Issue we had was one of the staff members (think he was the manager) was quite rude about me trying on different sizes and the effort it took to refill clothes. He made a big deal about it and made us feel very comfortable.

Kind and friendly - during off times always helpful. I like seeing the local stuff they get in the store too. Appears overstaffed on weekends which feels a bit much.

Madewell Men's was a delightful stop! We were traveling to LA on vacation and wanted to check out the selection. Lauren and Brittany are some of the warmest people, and this was the best Madewell experience we've ever had. They were helpful, courteous, and let us take our time selecting pieces. Definitely a must-stop! Atmosphere and selection were incredible.

Liked the store but after the employees finished helping someone else they kind of just stared at us for 15 minutes without saying anything so we got uncomfortable and left.
