Usually quite disappointed when I pop in, sometimes pleasantly surprised but there was no surprise for me today. I pick up a pair of pants, store was a disaster, but somehow I was able to find something to try on, fitting room was completely full of clothes in every room so I just slipped into one, didn't lock it at first, because there was nobody around except for one other lady in another fitting room, but on second thought, I did lock it. Thank God I did because shortly after someone came and aggressively tried the door knob and pushed it without any sort of notice. The lady had not locked it, and since there was no notice, she opened the door on her. She tried all the doors. then very rudely demand that it's our job to remove the clothes from the fitting room, I was quite annoyed, so I replied, " I will remove the clothes that I brought in, but not the others. That's not my job." (I work retail! In this mall, And I would never ever even consider that way towards my customers.) She then harshly scolded, me, " well, you are not supposed to enter a room that had clothes in it!!!!" And I responded with, " neither of us would've had a room to use and you weren't anywhere to be found." Her name was Corrine. I understand finding good employees is difficult, but decent employees is not that difficult to find. There are plenty of people looking for jobs who would be happy to have those jobs.

Came here to buy pajamas for my dad (which is about to the only thing I would recommend this terrible place for). Nobody helped me which I guess was better bc the workers were so scary. I was almost run over by a quite elderly but aggressive male employee who was pulling tacky sweatsuits for people who just have never seen clothing before. Anyway, I waited in line for a while and then paid a small amount of money for very average pajamas and Hugo boss shirt. Everything was on sale which is great, but I assume this is usually the case.

I love the Macy's, in my community, clean, organized, great selection, competitive pricing and the sales personal are helpful and kind. But my on line experience was Horrible. I needed to add an item to my order. I called the 800 number provided in the email well within the 30 minutes time limit allow to change orders. The call was directed to an offshore contacting company. Although the demeanor of the individual was quite pleasant. His skills seemed limited or he was in training. I informed him I needed to add an item. He asked If it would be okay if he canceled my previous order and create a new one. I replied no, because sometimes it takes days to release the funds. He said he understood. Put me on a brief hold, when he returned he informed me the item had been added and the transaction completed. I informed him I did not receive an email to confirm. He started it will come within 24 hours or so. Also,I paid extra for 1-2 days delivery. When I checked my email. I saw my original order with charges, a new order with 2 added items with new charges and 3 charges on my bank statement. I contacted the 800 several times being informed the necessary correction were made and that the packages will arrive Thursday or Friday. On one call I did request to be transferred to a US representive, I was transferred but the phone just kept ringing, no recording just ringing so I hung up. Today I received another email stating the items have been shipped. When I looked at he order the added item was included along with an additional jacket I did not order. I estimate the total charges should be around $120.00, my bank shows three purchases for, $76.21, $114.97 and $159.72 and to top it off, the expected delivery date is after Christmas. The item that that was added to my purchase I did not request, was a small but was charged for a large. Update The Items were delivered today

A woman named Stephanie working in the Men's Section today did a clothing exchange and rang it up for a more expensive price without noticing. Following that, I asked on the phone if I come do a refund for the price difference and she said yes. When I got there, she then said I had to wait for it to arrive through the mail before I could get the refund. So not only did she make a mistake, I then wasted my time driving there and now I have to come again. It just feels careless and it was not a great experience.

Greetings Macy's I was shopping today at the Beverly Center Location. The employee(security) dressed as a customer wearing all black , black hair, with face and body tattoos made me feel uncomfortable and made my experience a tense one. I understand people steal clothing ( even when they are sensors at the exit) But I did not indicate such action and he was not discreet when FOLLOWING ME AROUND THE STORE- DO BETTER. Sat Dec 2nd.

Nick at the Chanel counter made my shopping experience so special and memorable. His dedication to customer service goes above and beyond, and I’ve never left a store feeling so good about my purchase and the overall experience. He was perfectly helpful without rushing me, gave me space to explore, and ultimately delivered the most beautifully wrapped gift. I was so impressed. I’ve shopped at Chanel locations in other department stores and stand alone stores, and haven’t seen this level of knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you Nick!

High-end fashion at a middle class price. Usual retail/mall markups apply. Nothing surprising here but when you're looking for one of rose recognizable designer names they'll have just what you need.
