Five stars because Mario was easy to deal with and they communicate well. That said, it's entirely possible I overpaid-- I just have no frame of reference. But, if I need a Mac repaired in the future I'll almost certainly come back.

The team was super nice. It was my first time going in. I had previously went to Apple for assistance they said they would take my computer in and probably have my information erased. Here, they where able to tell me what was dont with my computer without erasing my information. They were also super fast.

I was building a large new RAID drive and needed temporary storage while transferring files. A brief internet search lead me to Mac Enthusiasts. I called the local number to ask a few questions and Mathew picked up his cell from a location out of town. The request I made was significant and Mathew put the wheels into motion to quickly satisfy my order.I picked up the devices on a Friday so that I could work over the weekend. When I tried to use the RAID drives they were incompatible with my M1 MacBook, which was easily unforeseen. I contacted Mathew and he put me in touch with Victor at the shop on Monday. Victor spent a solid hour trying to solve the issue through various drivers and utilities from the device manufacturer. After all the efforts failed, their solution was to offer me a compatible laptop to use at no cost.They also offered to test everything to make sure that it would work. After picking up the laptop and setting up everything at home, it became quite evident that I needed more time to complete my task than was originally contracted for. But, due to the fact that I had technical issues with their drives, Mathew offered me more time under the same contract.Each and every person with whom I have interacted has been courteous, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way that they can. In a day and age where you can't get someone on the phone and every misstep is met with a new charge, Mac Enthusiasts is a technical oasis.Don't hesitate for a moment to take your business there.

My daughters Apple laptop would not power on I had taken it to the Apple Store and all they wanted to do was upsell me a new one and so I found Mac Enthusiasts. I took the laptop there they did a diagnostic for a fair price that was also applied to the fees for fixing the laptop which is wonderful they gave me a fair price to fix the laptop and it was all done within 2 days!! Which was phenomenal so I highly recommend this business as they are friendly and quick and their prices are very reasonable.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received from this business. Matthew the rep, answered all of my questions with patience and a kind tone. I was able to identify my best option and pickup the rental all in the same day. Covid precautions were taken. Parking was easy. Pricing is reasonable. They made my rental needs very easy and time efficient!

After 4 days of purchasing my order without knowing my delivery time they told me it's a fraud and we will make a refund just wasting my time without any reason and also poor website your orders status don't appear neither the order itself. Very bad experience

I have been a customer here at the store on Pico Blvd. in West Los Angeles for almost 15 years. Everyone there has exceeded my high expectations for sales, advice, and service. They are knowledgeable, patient, and the kindest people you could imagine. I have had my various Apple products repaired there over the years and the repairs have been durable and also very reasonably priced. Because of their expertise, my computers have continued to work flawlessly for many years after I would have ever expected them to last. I am constantly recommending this store to everyone I know who owns any Apple products. I would never go anywhere else. Not even to the Apple Store !

Mathew and his team at Mac Enthusiasts are AMAZING! I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. I know this is aggressively enthusiastic, and it's also true. I was producing a virtual event that, at the last minute, I realized I was not adequately prepared for: I needed a more powerful laptop, a monitor, camera, back up wifi, and a few other things...but just for a week. After google researching and deep yelp reading of all the reviews, I found Mac Enthusiasts. I was thrilled to see that they offered incredibly reasonable equipment rental along with selling & fixing equipment, and more. I emailed a desperate message in the middle of the night, and first thing next morning Mathew contacted me, helped me figure out what was needed and the best way for me to get the goods that very day. All ordering and payment systems were seamless and the genuinely hospitable customer service and deep tech wisdom continued to be excellent throughout the entire week. I even got to see a few pics of Mathew's dog bebes (which is lovely for me, as a lover of the pups). I now take any issues with my Macs to them, and will for sure be buying future products from them. Thank you forever Mac Enthusiasts!
