Great auto collision the main guy Jaime is a very friendly and helpful guy great at understanding he makes sure you don’t leave his shop unsatisfied he works with you on how to make sure you’re happy with your vehicle. He left my truck looking great back to new they clean inside and out. I highly recommend this auto collision and ask for Jaime he’s the guy to work with!

10/10 I recently had a fantastic experience at Mac Auto collision. They did a good job fixing my vehicle, but they also managed to do it in a timely manner, which was appreciated. Good communication, professionalism when i got my car back they did a full detail for free.

Do not do any business with this auto collision center. They run a tow scam around LA stating that they were dispatched by your auto maker and then charge triple the normal rate to keep your vehicle onsite if you do not use their services.

We're to start!! Beyond, beyond happy . When you least expect life to throw u a curve ball...I highly recommend this spot. Mac Collision did not only fix my car, but the customer service from day one was amazing. They do keep you updated and work with the customer at every needy question. From the accident till the final pick up seeing my truck I was in shock my truck looks like it came out the show room. Thank you to Jaime for speaking to me from the first day I walk in and I can't forget Kayla who also answered all my questions. Thank u to the team who work on my vehicle as well. I'm a busy person but leaving a review for this Auto Shop is necessary. I cannot let go without others know that this place left my vehicle like brand new! Their customer service and attention to details are impressive; I never had to worry about a thing among other services, they had someone picking me up to get my rental, also when my vehicle was done, I simple left my rental there and drive my newly fixed vehicle!Also, I never had to call them for the status of my vehicle because they have a texting app that keeps you posted along the process of the repairs done and status, if you needed more time, they called your insurance to make sure rental was extended.I was just working and doing my daily routine like if I never had an accident!I want to give a big thanks to Jaime the owner and Kayla his assistant and literally the whole team because they're awesome! they treated me like a family and that is something I can never paid enough!Thank you Mac Auto Collision for making my life as easy as you fixed my car! Lastly, they left my car impeccable inside out! What else can I ask? Love this place. Second time being a customer here because they value your business and your time.

Not only did they complete the repairs beautifully, but they also managed to do it in a timely manner, which was greatly appreciated.What set this auto shop apart was their excellent communication throughout the entire process. Kayla, the receptionist, went above and beyond to keep me informed at every step. She was not only friendly and patient but also highly professional. Her regular updates, whether through calls or messages, gave me peace of mind and showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.I also had the opportunity to visit my car during the repair process, and the staff was accommodating and welcoming. Jesus, in particular, was kind and patient with my husband and me, ensuring we felt reassured that our vehicle was in good hands.Overall, I am highly impressed with the service and professionalism of this auto shop.
