I used Lux Laundries for the first time last week. Karen was super helpful from the minute I walked in until I left. Karen was eager to help and checked in on me throughout my stay. As a first time user, it was great having someone show you the ropes. I would recommend this laundromat.

Very clean place, great customer service. The staff Rafael,Aisha,& Karen do fantastic job maintaining the facility. Also the washers and dryers work great.

Stopped by at random to do a quick load of laundry couldn't help but notice how great the place was clean and operational the person on duty said their name was Karen very kind a professional service.

Very clean facilities and very helpful staff! Vaughn welcomed me right away and explained the card system. Use their cards, saves you on deposit on your own card. So many machines for any size load. Will return.

Clean facilities and easy to use machines! Your laundry doesn’t smell like someone else’s after you leave too. Vaughn was super nice and helped us sign up for their rewards program (worth it). Thank you Vaughn!

The place is super clean. It is pricey I was quite shocked at the price. I normally do the laundry at the apartment laundry room but temporarily unavailable so came here.There is an attendant and Vaughn was super friendly and nice. Otherwise I had no idea how the place works but he guided me through smoothly. WhenbI googled, their webpage says they accept credit cards which is true but there's a big catch. Each time they will be $20 deposit hold. Each time, to wash, to dry. So basically you'll need to buy their card for a dollar even if you are here just for once.

Vaughn was super helpful, greeted us at our car with a basket, and helped us figure out the prepay card thing. The place is always super clean and friendly. Machines are slightly pricier but it’s worth it for the consistency and cleanliness.

We live in a world where customer service and pride in your work is a rarity. I come here often and every time I do , Vaughn brings a smile to my face. I don’t normally smile doing housework :). His customer service goes beyond. He keeps the place impeccably clean. He is always immediately available for any question or concern. Today a rainy day , he saw my car and ran out to help me bring my bags in. He makes me feel safe and welcome. Customer service alive and well with Vaughn and Lux Laundries. Highly recommend

My mom and I come to Luxe Laundries all the time. Clean facility, great washers/dryers, and very helpful staff. We've been here a few times and Vaughn has been really helpful and accommodating!
