Absolutely incredible service. Being based in the UK, I trusted Alex with a large wire transaction for a Patek Phillipe. The transaction was smooth, and the watch was sent out immediately. After having my Rolex stolen i did not think i would have been able to get a new one considering availability, price etc. I was devasted and distraught when I first found Alex on chrono24 and decided to contact him personally to explain my situation. Alex offered same watch to me, brand new, at a very good deal after hearing me out. He was extremely helpful and attentive, answered all my questions and worries as i was concerned about shipping such an item internationally. In fact, during the payment process i had a bit of a hiccup due to it being an international wire, and Alex was trusting enough of me(someone he just met over telcon) to reject other offers on the watch until i was able to resolve the issue and he hadn't even received a deposit from me! You always buy the seller first before the watch and i could not have asked for a better person to deal with. Thanks Alex! 110% recommend!

Alex was both very nice and totally professional to work with on a recent purchase. 6 star service. He spent about 2 hours with me talking about my intended purchase and watches in general and showed me two updated models of the Rolex I was there to buy. He could quite easily have tried to upsell me to buy the latest and more expensive model but encouraged me to stay on my mark and buy what I originally had set my heart on. No hesitation in buying from him again and recommending him to anyone.

Most of my career I have worked for "premium" brands, where you always look to exceed customer expectations.So I feel that I am well qualified to say that this company and especially Alex, exceeded my expectations with this purchase.Buying from the other side of the Atlantic, 8-hour time difference, not dealing face to face did not matter a jot.This buying experience was actually better than the visits my son and I had to our local jewellers to try and decide which watch he wanted for his 21st!Watch was accurately pictured on Chrono24, purchase was seamless and delivery from America to the UK was less than 36 hours!I can't recommend Alex highly enough...many thanks. 10 out of 10.
