I'm having real second thoughts about dealing with Lowe's. I went into the store and spoke to the sales associates in kitchen cabinets and they were lovely. I paid $75 so that somebody can come out and measure the project and I have never heard back. I've spent the better part of this morning trying to speak to someone and it rings for many many minutes and no one ever comes on the line, so how do I want to work with a company where I call and I cannot speak to anybody, and the people that are supposed to come out and measure never called me for an appointment, I think I'm going to have to transfer to Home Depot

My new smoke detector was run over by a car! Would Lowes on pico near rimpau let me exchange it?. I bought a smoke alarm and 4 other items at this Lowes on Saturday the 10th of February 2024, I was offered a bag and was surprised it was paper.being a bus rider I got on the bus and off again further west on pico.as I was crossing the street on pico and while in the crosswalk the bag tore spilling all 5 contents onto the crosswalk near the curb, rushing I found 4 items and turned to see the smoke detector in the crosswalk.before I could get to it a car ran right over it !!. I went back to Lowes this morning of the 12th and they let me exchange it for a new smoke detector,Wow,great service and people were helpful. Just a hint if you can get to this Lowes early it's much easier to navigate.seems that after 10 am they get real busy and it's much harder to get help..thank you Lowes on pico near rimpau. I will be back.

This feedback is specifically for the younger staff, particularly Josue, who consistently went above and beyond to assist me in finding items and demonstrating their usage. During checkout, when some items wouldn't scan, he made multiple trips to the back to select comparable options that could be scanned. While the inventory accuracy might be an issue at this location, I value the genuine care shown by certain staff members. It's disheartening that overall customer service has declined in the last four years, making me appreciate the dedication and helpfulness of the team associates at this particular location even more!

Do NOT order appliances at this store! Calling them is a nightmare. No one picks up or they just pick up and hang up. I ordered my Over range microwave in November but it was damaged and this store called me to reorder it. Because the store ordered it , there was no way to add installation online, or through customer help - they said I have to call the store. It took 2 days - the lady in the appliance dept seemed unhappy and short staffed. She said she will call me back and never did, so I called the next day and finally got through. She said i have to have someone come out to measure for $40 , so I asked if the $40 is to be included in the $139 installation fee, and she said yes. The measurement was done yesterday and I called, and they said i have to call the store again to purchase installation. Now why would i only purchase the measurement?? The measurement wasnt included the installation and the installation was never ordered. So I will have to pay extra. I'm on the phone now to the store to add installation and no one is answering. They are hanging up. Why is this so painful? DO NOT purchase an appliance at this store to save yourself unneeded stress.

It's kind of always something, from waiting forever to get service, extremely wrong information etc. but I'll just focus on today's issue. The store closes at 10 PM and I got here at 9:55. I just needed to do an exchange for some lightbulbs. Number one the Hispanic manager Stephanie closed and locked the doors at 9:55 PM. I only got in the store because someone was coming out and I came in when the door opened. When I got in I grabbed the lightbulbs and was in line to do the return by the 10PM atore closing announcement. Stephanie then let me know that "the registers were shut down" in the return area. Nowhere on the website, the Google search, or yelp page will you find anything that informs you that the return hours are different from the overall hours of operation... Just poor service all around. Go to the one in Hollywood this one is terrible

Lowes Customer Service Sucks! I ordered a grill for my son on December 11th which supposedly arrived December 18th and was being prepared at my local Lowes. I waited several days with no notification from them. Finally I called customer service and was told it was at my local Lowes and I should go in and pick it up. I went in to my local Lowes and after waiting several minutes I was told that the tracking number arrived but it wasn't my item and that the manager was trying to handle and locate my item. I was told they would notify me and that it wouldn't arrive by Christmas. After waiting again for several days I called Lowes they still had no idea where the item was and suggested I cancel the original order and reorder, which I did. It was supposed to be ready today and after no notification from Lowes I called and after waiting for several minutes on hold was told they were working on it and that a manger would call me back. So something I ordered for Christmas on December 11th is still not in my possession and no one at Lowes seems to know why. I will not be purchasing any further products from this company as they are totally disorganized and incompetent. I suggest you don't either.

I wish a could be more positive about my experience with purchasing a refrigerator from Lowes ,Unfortunately it turned out to be an utter disaster! There were a couple of people that were able to help like the store Manager Delavina . But for the rest especially the warehouse and the delivery team made this an utter mess. Unless Lows makes changes I cannot at all recommend anyone to purchase any appliances from them!

Allowing sick employees to interact with customers is the worst customer experience possible. Next is that employee doesn't even know where the item I needed was located, then said it's out of stock. Lowes, you can do better.

Always excellent customer service. They not only direct you to where an item is but will lead you to the exact location if necessary.

Whoever manages this store is asleep at the wheel. I called four times in a row today and was put on hold for 20 mins (each time), and no one ever picked up the phone. The least you could do is change your dreadful hold music. It feels like I'm at someone's funeral.

An associate I believe was a manager named Dan was saying out loud "ORIENTALS CANT DRIVE" in the parking lot to a customer that was Asian to his FACE. That is absolutely insane. I myself am Asian and is disgusted with this type of behavior at Lowe's. Y'all need to get a grip

Stopped by to pick up a few items., They had everything I needed. Ran into Henry while shopping. He was so nice and knowledgeable, just what I needed. Give Henry a raise, a promotion and a vacation. He is giving 5 star service at Lowe's. I highly recommend this location it is neat.

I never write reviews but this place has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Don't bother calling them, they'll transfer your call 10 times and leave you on hold for 45 minutes. Never seen such lazy customer service. Do better. Update: It's been over a hour and a half. Take your business to Home Depot, trust me.

if I could give Lowe's in Torrance a zero, I would. About 2-3 years ago I purchased redwood for my long fence around the house. I paid a lot of money for the redwood, and this fence was installed by a company that works with Lowe's. The wood started losing its redwood color and I was surprised that redwood would do that, but I called three different companies for a quote to restore the original colors. All three contractors told me that I did not get redwood, but rather pine or some other, much cheaper wood, which is why the colors faded so quickly. The person that was helping me during the original purchase was Daniel Munoz, employee for over 20 years. After I found out that I got the wrong wood installed, I called him a couple of times and left voice mails. Silence. I then sent him 4-5 emails, with photos of the fence and all relevant info, asking for resolution or to have someone come and have a look at the wood. Crickets. I then called Lowe's and after being on hold for 30 minutes, got a lady who rudely told me that Lowe's does not sell any other wood than redwood. So I decided to go to Lowe's to see Daniel Munoz. Took about 15 minutes to find a human being that worked there and this lady told me she would find someone to help me. She never came bak and I waited 30 minutes. Having wasted more time there, I left. I sent several more emails to Daniel, and no reply at all from him. This place was contracted to do a job and they did not. They sent cheap wood while collecting money for redwood and now they are just blowing me off, unmotivated to resolve this issue. This is clear theft on Lowe's part and now they have no decency to revert to a customer. The employees are untrained, rude and could not care less about any customers. I will never set a foot into this or any other Lowe's in my life and I am thankful that I have an alternative in Home Depot. It was an expensive lesson, and I urge everyone that will still go to Lowe's, to be careful with their purchases, because you will get zero help from them.
