This company has THE WORST customer service EVER!!!! I have placed many orders online over $300 each and I have had problems with 2 orders and unable to speak with a customer service representative for help. I have called customer service and no answer, all I get is a machine to leave a message,I have emailed customer service and all I get are generic responses with no solution to the issue at hand. I have also messaged the Facebook account and I get the same generic responses. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time and have spent thousands of dollars in clothes with this company and how is it that I can't get any help with my orders? Stay away from this online store unless you like to throw money to the wind. I am appalled with the lack of professionalism from this company.

I absolutely love this brand! Their clothes fit perfectly, and the styles are a wonderful blend of classy and trendy. What's even better is that their prices are affordable. Having a flagship store in the arts district is a dream come true!This store is a must-visit if you're looking for style and convenience. The interior has a super boho and cute vibe, and the clothes are simply amazing. I had to resist going overboard at the sales racks with their generous 30% off. The changing rooms were spacious and had great mirrors, making the try-on process a breeze.To my surprise, Lovestitch offers more than just clothes; they have an array of perfumes, candles, and accessories to choose from. After my shopping spree, I wandered around the Arts District and discovered numerous fantastic dining options.Overall, I give this store a solid 10/10 for its perfect location, exceptional options, and wonderful shopping experience. I highly recommend checking it out!

Was so excited to visit store but it was not a great experience. Employees eating in back...it smelled. No one is available to help. So hot. Workers complaining and hung over. Clothes were cute but no assistance. I have been shopping online w this brand for a while so bummer to have this store experience.

Just had the most wonderful experience!!! I normally don't write a review unless I feel it's absolutely necessary! Lana (Lonna) was INCREDIBLE. She was so welcoming, entertained my 4 year old daughter and steered me in the right direction picking out 4 dresses that I normally wouldn't have gotten or had time to get (with my kid in tow) I'm beyond happy with my purchases and feel super loved with all the Mother's Day goodies I received as just a bonus to the day. Thanks so much to Lana and LOVESTITCH for making my Mother's Day!!

I liked the cut and the fabric was really soft snd comfortable; I returned to the store to purchase another but only size L remained except for the medium being tried in the dressing room, I was ready to pounce if she didn't buy it but alas, she loved it so I left. I hope to find another of this stop.

I always stop here whenever I make my rounds at pacific city. I came in this evening looking for fall transitions pieces and saw some cute things. Unfortunately I didn't buy anything as I already purchased a bunch a week prior. They always have cute items and their staff is always friendly. Today in particular, I really appreciated all of Sophie's help! She was so kind and personable and truly made a connect with me that from a customer stand point, is fabulous and converted me to want to return as a loyal customer. I hope management recognizes what a great employee they have! I plan on returning and more often based off my interaction with her. I would highly recommend visiting and taking a look at their store. The only reason my review isn't five stars is because sometimes the cost vs quality of their clothing is iffy. However you can find really great things if you look!

Very nice people, great quality, locally made, warm and thoughtful customer service. Purchased incredible Linen suit separates here including a blazer, pants matching shorts for an incredible price and quality. I'd be thrilled if they made the set in multiple colors different fabrics or even the same fabric with different colors.

If you are looking for style and convenience this store has it all. Not only is the interior super boho and cute, but the clothes are amazing! I thought Lovestitch only did clothes, but the store offers a wide range of perfumes, candles, and accessories. After shopping I walked around the Arts District and saw so many great options to eat. 10/10 would recommend for location and options!

While hanging out in the Art District yesterday, I stumbled across this beautiful shop. Upon entry into the store, I was greeted by a sweet host who offered me a glass of wine. I love wine, especially while shopping. The store has so many cute pieces and unique finds. All the sales associates were so nice and helpful. Lonna was so helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I fell in love with a few of the candles. She also introduced me Zodica perfumery which smelled so good, I had to get the Virgo scent. I left with a bag full of treats. I would definitely be back.
