Definitely do not recommend. Their sizing is so off and they have the worse customer service I have experienced. I ordered a dress size 4/5, and the sleeves and length were 2 sizes smaller. It did not fit my daughter at all. They refused to refund me for this.

They sent me a defective item and refused to issue a refund or store credit. The quality of their clothes is terrible I wouldn’t even pay $20 for it. (Talking about their online website)

I’ve always had great experiences at other LoveShackFancy locations, but this one really exceeded all my expectations! I stopped in while traveling to LA for the weekend, and the sales associates were so kind and SO helpful. Scarlett was such a gem to work with!
