Nice laundromat.......until your clothes catch on fire ?Never coming here again!!!**Update**Owner now trying to claim "user error" when CLEARLY, lack of maintenance was an issue. An overloaded dryer WONT burn clothes....but a dryer that hasn't been cleaned of lint certainly will.

Directions here are a bit confusing; it sends you “behind” the place, but ignore that. The laundromat is on a strip mall at the corner of Sunset and Benton Way.I recently dropped some clothes for laundry and folding, and I’m delighted with the results. The socks came back whiter than ever.Because a previous review mentioned that they got some socks lost, I made sure to pair all of mine, and I even made an inventory of every item I dropped off. Everything went smoothly with my order, and the workers were accommodating and friendly.Be aware that the people who receive/deliver the clothes take a break in the middle of their shift. For the night shift, they take their break from 8 to 9 PM, so at this time no one would receive or deliver clothes.They also take a break in the afternoon but I don’t remember the hours, so I would recommend calling to check this out.I also briefly tried the WiFi and it was ok (around 10 mbps), definitely good enough for it being a laundromat.

This Lavaderos has a really nice and hard working attendant. The laundromat is clean and sometimes it’s relatively empty so I’ll drive the extra miles to come here. You can pay for your wash and dry by using an app which is really convenient. You can also pay with coins. They have a medium sized parking lot.

I have been coming here for 5 years for the fluff and fold service. Theres been some turnover during the pandemic. This place was killer for so long, but now, the last 3 times I've been here, I've gotten my clothes back with missing socks, everything folded funky where I need to refold it at home, someone is folding T shirts into 5"x5" squares so you can't tell what shirt it is. I've had 5 or 6 items come back with the color ruined because they weren't separated correctly. Super bummed in this place now. It used to be so good!!!! Sorry guys still appreciate the small business but you've lost mineThese socks were bright orange yesterday

Been coming to this laundromat since 2008 and never had such bad experience as I did tonight. I called before we got to the laundromat to make sure we would be able to do our laundry and fold our clothes without any inconvenience. The guy who answered the phone (light skin, skinny Hispanic) said, it was okay, as long as we got there before 10:30pm. He saw us getting there around 10:15pm and he saw how much clothes we had. Well, when our clothes are ready to be put on the dryer he tell us that we need to be out before 12 midnight. There’s no way all these clothes will be dried and folded before 12! He should’ve know better about the time the washers take and time for the driers and the time folding. I called the laundromat over at Virgil and asked if they’ll let us dry and fold our clothes at their facility and they said it’s fine. What an incompetent employee!
