I am from Australia and my boss needed a print job done in LA whilst travelling. So I did a google Search and found Print Service LA. From the moment I got in contact, Alex was great to deal with, very responsive and professional and the print job was done within the very short turn around of a few days!! Alex even waited to know when my boss arrived at his hotel to deliver the print job. We are very pleased with their service and will no doubt use them again in the future! Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever! My team wasted a lot of time and resources waiting for something we never got. This company seems to have no real location since I was trying to pick up my product after I canceled the order and the manager was shady without telling me the address and then randomly saying they are closed after I said I'm on my way to the town he mentioned. Don't waste your time and find real company with proper ethical code and good communication skills.

Please be aware that this company is highly irresponsible and you can't trust them. The manager keeps postponing the delivery of the services, saying that they have a lot of orders like I'm not the company's customer who paid money. Please also notice that the only positive review here is written by the owner or the company's manager himself (Alex D.). I know this name from the email communication.

My experience with Print Service LA was absolutely awful and disappointing. The communication with this company's representative, Alex Duque, was disrespectful and offensive to me as a customer who has a timeline and needs the services to be performed ASAP and as a person. I want to warn all of the potential customers that this company is run by a person who is the definition of "overpromise and underdeliver". For each email in which I politely asked for updates from the company, I received the answer saying to wait because they are a busy company with many orders. At the very end of our two-week no-result communication, I got an offer to take a chill pill because I am a demanding and difficult customer (screenshots are attached) instead of getting a solution for how we can print the artwork on my jar. Here is the full story: I was interested in pad printing services for cement jars. The company's representative (Alex Duque) picked up the jars at my office on Wednesday (March 13th) and promised that at least the scratch test would be ready on Friday (March 15th). It never happened. On March 18th, he got back, saying that he had a lot of orders and plans to start "today or tomorrow." Then, on March 21st, he said he forgot to email me as he promised to confirm the artwork and sizing. Then again, it took him 2-3 days to just say that they couldn't print the artwork with the size I needed. So here I am, 2 weeks later, with just a scratch test and Alex, who keeps confusing me about how his company can perform the services I need. And by the way, I never saw any pictures of the trials! I decided to cancel the sample order and asked for the jars to be returned to me. Since I lost 2 weeks, I needed the jars ASAP. I was open to picking them up myself or waiting until Alex delivered them himself (since he offered them), but I needed them the same day I officially canceled the order. I connected with Alex again, and he said I needed to pick up the jars myself from their office before 4 pm; I was on my way when he texted me that someone from his team had left for a dentist appointment, and the earliest I could pick up the jars I needed asap is in 2 days. My patience at this moment has officially ended. On top of this, Alex decided to call me, accusing me of being "so difficult" and, again, having no solution. He just delivered the jars late at night. Overall, my experience with Print Service LA was marred by poor communication, unfulfilled promises, and disrespectful treatment. I would strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice before engaging with this company.

Absolutely exceptional service with an impossible deadline and a not-very-big order. This was an unusual request and Alex was quick to provide a creative solution, following up personally to discuss how best to go about it. I would recommend Print Service LA to absolutely anyone, for any job.
