WARNING!!!!! Stay away from this company if your life matters to you. Our driver was driving & texting the whole time, causing him to slam on his brakes repeatedly. It was very scary. When we asked him to please put the phone down, he was arrogant and dismissive. He called his boss and his boss told us if we weren't happy with the service, he could pull over & let us out (we were on the 405)!! Once we made it to our destination, which included other drivers and patrons, our driver fabricated a whole story to make him out to be a victim. He claimed he was yelled at and berated by the man in our group and that his phone was smacked out of his hand! We are African -American and he blatantly lied & embellished his whole story, instead of just apologizing & taking ownership. I couldn't believe what was happening. The drivers of this company boarded the party boat with us, was given their own small suite and began to drink alcohol! These drivers were responsible for getting us home after the event, yet here they were DRINKING in our faces with no regard to our lives & safety. They are extremely negligent & disrespectful. We refused to ride back with any of them. Stay away from these bad men & their business... they do not care about your safety and will put your lives at risk!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We wanted to book with them for our wedding transportation after seeing some decent reviews. The owner is completely incompetent and when trying to sign the contract, we had to review the documents 7 different times because he kept making mistakes. Very simple things too-- kept messing up our names, wedding date, credit card number and more. Every time we would tell him what was wrong with the contract, he would somehow create a new mistake that wasn't there before. We were just going in circles for weeks. We ultimately had to cancel our reservations with them because we could no longer deal with this nonsense of going back-and-forth. This is not somebody who we would trust for our wedding day transportation and I suggest you save yourself the headache.

My friends and I booked a party bus to celebrate my 30th birthday. The booking process was pretty simple and the representative I spoke with was very friendly. Our drivers name was Mike and he was very professional. The vehicle was very clean and came stocked with water, sodas and alcohol which was a bonus.

I booked a Classic Limo with this company and we had a great experience. David was our chauffeur and he was very friendly. The entire trip went exactly as planned and the vehicle came out stunning in our photos.

I don't recommend you to hire this company since their drivers are unprofessional and dive like crazy on the Freeway. One of their vehicles with the Plate Number 83031J2 was driving on the 404Fwy at 6:02PM on 03-27-2019. I was driving behind him , inside my vehicle was my wife , my 2 year old baby and my 12 year old son. This driver was driving like it was under the influence of something bad, he was pressing on the brakes so hard that my baby almost came out of the baby sit. My wife called the police.

I am very thank full to Los Angeles Limo owing to i had experience a very good and comfortable service in my wedding. Without facing any problem i made a reservation andi also thank to whole staff for their kind service and friendly behavior .
