I took my car in because he said he'd look at my suspension. I told him exactly what was wrong with the car. He basically got 140 from me for free. He said The car was creating noise because the flap under the car was dangling which was a lie. And still charged me 140 when I said my warranty will pay you for your services. He wanted cash only.

I highly recommend Los Angeles Auto Body Shop, my cars roof top and trunk lid was peeling horribly making my car look bad and old, so I decided to look around to get a paint job done. I am so glad I chose LA Auto Body Center, I was so impressed of how my car looked after, they left my car looking impeccable Mr Pepe and his team did and excellent job! It’s so hard to decide who you trust to work on your car, I do not regret it at all, I highly recommend this place if you want a professional service and would definitely return here if I ever need paint service on my car.Thanks Mr Pepe!

This place is awesome. I brought my car to the shop and and had some problems with and so far they've done an excellent job and I can only imagine how it's going to look once they're completely done and I'll pick it up in a few days they have excellent customer service and they do an excellent job with getting parts and doing good labor work shout out to all the employees shout out to Pepe and Oscar. I had an accident and I didn't want to go through the struggle of going through insurance. Pepe made it affordable and easy and I got my baby back like new. Definitely would recommend for body damage.

Had collision damage on my passenger side fender and this shop got it fixed like nothing happened. If you go in, ask for Ray. He really helped me out on the quote without any sugarcoating or up selling, he also gave me the best pricing compared to the other shops I visited. Ray got me in and out quick and got my car back to normal for an affordable price. This shop focuses on attention to detail and they make sure you're car is fixed right.

I cannot say enough good things about James, the way he operates his business, his crew, his prices and the quality of the work done at his shop. My beloved 1982 Mercedes Benz 240d had a bad case of the ol' tin worm (rust) in spots that I could not see... basically all of the spots that were not exactly typical on these cars and were hidden from view unless you took the car apart in a lot of spots... Yes, I bought the car when I lived in the Northeast of the US. Anyway, James was great with communication the entire time as he and his crew replaced all of the seals on the Benz, replaced my windshield and patched up all of the rust on the car. In the end he really took care of me on the price of the work. I intend to have this car outlive me (I just turned 31) and I truly believe that now its a lock. I also would like to say that I know a lil bit about cars and bodywork at this point and James and the crew can really really make things look perfect. I have become friends with James after having worked with him on a couple cars and I have gotten to know him.. he is a real class act and just is someone I enjoy talking to. It almost makes me wish I had more work for him so I could hang out and chat with him. During the repairs he would send me many pictures of the before and after with notes on where it was on the car along with phone calls to explain everything. You usually do not get that from someone who owns and manages a busy body shop! It was great to print them and add them to my service records binder that dates back to when the car was imported from Germany! I should also mention that he was on vacation for a week in Mexico during the process and he still managed to speak to me every single day during that (the Benz had some important work done during this week by one of his main guys) and even though I apologized profusely for bothering him during his vacation he was incredibly understanding and kind to me. If your car needs bodywork or paint or whatever, give the guy a call.. you will not be disappointed!

After my insurance agent gave me this number to turn in my car, I could not get a hold of them. When they did finally pick up the phone he hung up on me. I called back again I was getting yelled at. It is Friday... I guess they forgot to take their meds today.
